“We wrote them together. Shibarin scouted us to make the band and we all just clicked. She looked up at him. “Did you and your band mates click? I doubt you didn’t you work so well together on stage!” She grinned, ears perked up. She giggled a bit.

“All of our experience just comes from all of the mistakes we made. Hence, they did not come as easy as you think it would.” For some reason, talking to this girl was actually calming him down. Maybe it was because he had to keep up with with her vigor and he could just channel his tension through that. The bassist couldn’t explain it himself as much as he wanted to. “Do you think I didn’t almost cut myself while handling Ryukenden for the first time? Its terrible prowess almost put my life at an end.”

Lucky? That was one way to see things. “They say that optimistic people are more lucky, hence, I am not surprised if the gods blessed you because of your buoyancy.” 

Yaiba opened his eyes again at the mention of songs. “Three songs is better than no songs. Did you write them yourself, or…”

“We were here for the Grateful Rock Festival!” She explained, grinning. “We’re going home soon though, sadly. We didn’t have enough money for an extended visit.”

     “U-wa-sa-no-petals, huh?” he spelled it out in his head as he said it, making sure to search for the right thing. Flicking through a few pages, he finally found a few tidbits of the high school group. “Ah!” he made an audible noise when he read over it, then looked back to Kittsun. “Though, if you’re not from Midi City, what’re you doin’ here?”

     “I bet you will!” he pumped a fist up a little bit, actually ignoring the compliment, surprisingly. He tilted his head a bit, though, his tail flicking in curiosity. “Though, what’s the name of your band?” he pulled out his own phone, flicking through a few menus in order to reach a search engine, “I wanna look you guys up! You seem like an alright kid, so I’d love to hear some music of yours!”

“Thanks, dude!” she said after the picture was taken. “Keep up the amazing work!” She giggled, giving him the peace sign. “We’ll be where you are soon I bet! Well, not as high up but you catch my drift!”

     He grinned, posing a little bit for the selfie. “Yeah!” he replied, finally in position and waiting for the picture to be taken. He could care less that Kittsun had barged in, as at least she wasn’t trying to do anything too weird. A picture was barely a problem to him, and the attention was incredibly welcomed.
