I have two favourite cartoons. Bluey which is probably the clichéd response, I know everyone loves bluey but it's just such a calming show.

My other favourite show is Masha and the Bear. My mamma says its creepy. But I just love it. I found bear in a charity shop and it made my year!

I've used it a few times over the years but not regularly. It's always been something fun to do with friends. So doing it for pain will be very different but I'm hoping it helps!
