How can you be upset or mad at someone you care for? Even when they stop talking to you, you still care for them and check on them. Think about them if they are okay or not

I’m trying to get out of what feels like a trap and suffocating. Feels like I’m drowning and can’t pull thru. I get so much on my mind but can’t find my way out of the maze that I’m stuck in

Is it possible to be this broken to a point where you question everything. Because I think I’m fr that broken and feeling this broken or I’ve been hurt that bad. That my mind is just not the way it use to be

Just cause we stopped talking or whatever. Don’t mean I stop caring. Having a feeling someone is goin thru something is the worst. But they have ur number so if they need you you’re there for them to listen. But atm you can’t do anything if they don’t reach out to you.

Especially when you always kept checking on them and out of no where they drop you like you aren’t anything. You miss them and think of them but you feel they don’t care for you or anything. So what do you do then but you know they going thru something. But you aren’t going to keep trying to help when they make you feel like you don’t matter.

I’m always gonna think, miss, care and try to be there. But I’m not gonna lose myself trying over and over. Don’t know...

I always say this but I’m tried of feelin like this. It feels like I’m the only one that cares about the friendship and shit. So why do I feel like I’m the only one puttin in the effort. I put everyone’s feelings before mine and I always will.
