I am a morning person. For me, not you. I enjoy the silence most people get in the middle of the night when they dew paints the grass, right before the birds sounds their alarm. I enjoy a silent sunrise with more than an hour of the world still being asleep. The first to connect with the earth. The first to feel the warmth of the sun, free of any impurities I can absorb the love and light I expel. To feel my heart beat during an early meditation/yoga and prayer session is like waking up to a perfect cup of hot tea served to you in bed after a long night of accidental mouth breathing. Well rested. I’ve always longed for a hug from God and I feel it in the morning beams of the sun. Sun set is the same but at dusk, the sky and air are free of daily pollution. Nature is at its purest (for this day and age). And I need as much of it as I can get because it is free. 🌻
