½ cup yerba mate leaves, dried
1 tablespoon honey

Coconut Mango Agua Fresca
Preparation Time: 2 hours
Servings Per Recipe: about 5
Product: C2O Mango Coconut Water
Ingredients:
3-4 cups frozen mango
1 cup coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cans C2O Mango Coconut Water
Lime wheel, to garnish
Mint, to garnish
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree mango, coconut milk, lime juice, sugar and coconut water on high until smooth.
2. Strain mango mixture into a pitcher and let set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
3. Remove from fridge and give it a good stir. Serve over ice with fresh lime and mint.

Blueberry Lavender Coconut Cocktail
Preparation Time: about 20 minutes
Servings Per Recipe: 1
Product: C2O Coconut Water
Ingredients:
For the lavender simple syrup:
¼ cup sugar
⅔ cup water
1 tablespoon lavender flower, dried
¼ cup blueberries
To assemble:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
⅓ cup C2O Coconut Water
¼ cup of prosecco
Mint, to garnish
Lemon wedge, to garnish
Directions:
1. Place lavender sprigs in an empty ice cube tray and fill with water. Freezer until solid.
2. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, lavender flower and blueberries. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and strain mixture into a bowl. Let cool completely. About 15 minutes.
4. Begin building your cocktail in a glass. Place in 3-4 lavender ice cubes, 2 teaspoons lavender blueberry syrup, lemon juice and C2O coconut water. Pour prosecco to fill to top. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.

Matcha Coconut Mai Tai
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Servings Per Recipe: 1
Product: C2O Coconut Water
Ingredients:
1-2 teaspoons high-grade matcha
¼ cup hot water, but not boiling
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1.5 ounces rum
.5 ounces Cointreau liquor
Juice of one lemon
⅔ cup C2O coconut water, chilled
Ice
Lemon wheel, to garnish
Tropical Flower, to garnish
Directions:
1. Place matcha in a wide rimmed bowl and swirl it around with a bamboo whisk (or conventional, non-metal whisk). Pour in hot water and whisk around until frothy. About 30 seconds. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Drop 4-5 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and pour in powdered sugar, rum, Cointreau, lime juice and coconut water. Place top on and shake well. About 30 seconds.
3. Strain drink in a glass over ice and garnish with lemon wheel and flowers!

Fizzy Pineapple Coconut Spritz
Preparation Time: 1.5 hour
Servings Per Recipe: 2
Product: C2O Pineapple Coconut Water
Ingredients:
¼ cup rosé
¼ cup C2O Pineapple Coconut Water
1 cup blood orange sparkling water
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon aperol
Juice of ½ blood orange
Fresh fruit, to garnish
Lemon peel, to garnish
Thyme, to garnish
Directions:
1. In a mixing glass, combine rosé, coconut water, honey and aperol. Stir well.
2. Place fruit and ice in a wine glass. Pour half of rosé mixture over ice, then top with sparkling water. Serve chilled with a lemon peel and thyme garnish.

Creamy Coconut Coffee Popsicles
Preparation Time: 4 hours
Servings Per Recipe: 6-7
Product: C2O Espresso Coconut Water
Ingredients:
1 can C2O Espresso Coconut Water
1 cup coconut cream
½ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
6 dates roughly chopped and pitted
1 shot of espresso cooled
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
What you’ll need: Popsicle mold and Popsicle sticks
Directions: In blender, add all ingredients and puree on high for about 30-40 seconds or until smooth. Strain mixture into a liquid measuring cup and pour into a popsicle mold. Place a popsicle stick in each mold and freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.

Coconut Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients:
1 part C2O coconut water
1 part watermelon juice (add fresh watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth)
A squeeze of lime juice
1 shot of rum
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake!
Pour into a glass and garnish with lime and a watermelon slice!

Raspberry Chia Seed Lemonade Slushie
Ingredients:
15 raspberry iced tea ice cubes
3 lemons juiced (makes about 6-8 tbsp)
1 tbsp chia seeds soaked in 3 tbsp of C2O coconut water
3/4 cup of C2O coconut water
Instructions:
Steep 4 tea bags in 24oz water and pour into ice trays to freeze.
Soak 1TBSP chia seeds in 3TBSP coconut water for 1-2 hours
Place 15 raspberry tea ice cubes, lemon juice, chia seed mixture + coconut water into a blender
Blend on high until you find the consistency you like
Optional: garnish with lemon slices, coconut flakes, chia seeds + extra ice cubes

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Pitaya Goji Acai Smoothie Bowl
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
handful of fresh strawberries
2 tsp of pitaya powder (additional powder can be used to get a brighter shade of pink)
1/2 tsp of acai powder
1/2 tsp of goji berry powder
1/4 cup C2O coconut water
1 natives organics goji acai superfood bar
nut milk yogurt
Instructions:
Blend thawed frozen bananas and strawberries in a high powered blender. Add C2O coconut water as needed to help bananas blend. Once blended well, add pitaya, acai and goji powders. If you desire a more vibrant pink color and more pitaya powder. Top your bowl with natives goji acai superfood bars and hemp seeds, fresh fruit, puffed millet, nut milk yogurt and dried flowers.
