In April, I created a small pack of templates. During my last visit to my heirs, I got a little inspired, and thanks to this, I "got" one template at first. And after that, there was no stopping me!

Daphne Dauman [CC] + Sims Templates ✨ [4 pt.]

Daphne Dauman is a plantation owner and assistant to the head of the potions department at the School of Magic. Her gardening skills are admired by many teachers. However, the girl still has a lot to learn, but she does not give up and continues to diligently improve her skills. Daphne strives for impeccable cleanliness, although she constantly digs in the garden. Her elegant necklace with pebbles collected during travel and work highlights her love of collecting.

Character Information:

The clothes for the character were selected without using CC content;

From the CC content, I used: hairstyle, ears, skin features, makeup, lenses [If you download a character without the mods folder, it will look completely different. Sliders were not used]

A young age character;

Preferences, career, skills, lifestyle are indicated;

Hair growth is disabled and orientation is set;

The character's race is a wizard

Sims Templates ✨ [5 pt.]

Hi! I've prepared something new here for The Sims Lab "Book Club" project. 🥰 This template is universal, it can be used for wagering office, school club, camaraderie, and more.

Some information about the template:

- You can easily change the color and icons of the template - 4 icons have also been developed [but they are VERY small, so I did not save them separately] for the reading club, garden association, office, teen club. - The archive contains two PSD files and fonts.

Night club | Abandoned studio "Mihimo" | KOMOREBI | NOCC

The Mihimo nightclub at the foot of Komorebi Mountain was a famous local atelier in the distant past. But due to financial problems, the owners had to close it. To ensure their existence, the Kagami family opened a small library space on the ground floor. Years and generations passed, but it was not possible to restore the work of the atelier. Nevertheless, one of the Kagami family members made every effort, thanks to which a nightclub appeared and became one of the main venues for incendiary night parties.

A little information about the building:

I have a plot in the Senbamachi area on the top right section, measuring 20x15.

The buildings include: a nightclub, a karaoke room, a laundry room, the club owner's house, a recreation area/library space, a shop with small outdoor tables, parking/bus stop, an open roof [See in the screenshot below]

Also, for a complete "entourage" and wagering, I created three NPCs - the owner of the club, the bartender + the DJ. [The DJ and the bartender have assigned roles, which means that they just need to be settled on an empty lot, then evicted and thrown into unplayable families. The role of the bar's regular was also added to the owner of the club]

 the witcher netflix/discworld crossover where ciri multi-dimensional jumps them to ankh-morpork and: - geralt can’t do any witchering, because we don’t hold with that kind of hate-criming here sir, vampires, werewolves and trolls are fully integrated members of society - jaskier can’t do any barding as he does not have a license from the music guild and most of his songs are about witchers anyway which is hugely problematic in a multicultural, multiracial and multivital society - yennifer can still do witch stuff except she’s too attractive and she has no hat and also does not want to be paid in old clothes. and also she can only do the boring witch stuff about healing and potions.

but also ciri all of a sudden is normal like they bring her to be visited by archchancellor ridicully and he’s like “ah yes, modifying time and space, the kind of stuff young people like ponders do this day” and she receives a surprise visit by the monks of time and. that’s it.

geralt is also so normal now. geralt gets a job at the watch and the first thing they tell him is “no killing and if someone hate crimes you vimes will go spare, remember to put both your spouses and your child on the form so they can get a pension if something happens”. he gets a headache when someone throws a bomb scent and angua gives him advice. carrot asks for someone who can see in the dark and geralt raises his hand but so do other twenty people.

jaskier and yennifer have a bit of a rougher start - jaskier has to rebuild his whole career and yennifer has to fight ankh-morpork everything because she’s more of a wizard than a witch and she does manage to bully the unseen university in giving her a licence but she does not want to wear the stupid hat - but they also are having an incredibly normal routine, and. like.

do they really need to go back?

Werewolves? That’s Sergeant Angua. Just try not to break any laws.

Vampires? OTTO! My sweet photography boi!

Ghosts? Nah, that’s just old King Verence,

Goblins? What, Of The Twilight The Darkness? They’re helping the railway get made, leave them alone. 

They’re all people, at the end of the day.
