#tbt to that time on Monday when I did #goatyoga with @hornbreaker at @paradigm_gardens. Note: I only sorta did the yoga part (duh— goats!) but @nolatribeyoga ran a really solid class in terms of total body workout. It was on the more intense end of the spectrum for all level yoga classes I’ve taken. I’m looking forward to trying another pop-up class, with or without goats. (at Paradigm Gardens)

I had so many meetings today I didn’t have time to do anything but meet and add things to my todo list. Thanks @leslieheindel for letting me sit on your office balcony zone out and stare at the pretty overhang and eat my lunch sandwich (finally) and not talk for a few minutes before #nolahistoryhappyhour. Today @scottjarmand and I drove to Kenner (!) to buy books from the library book sale. All these for about $34.00! Plus the money went to a good cause. #librarylove #librarylife #libraryofbookstagram #bookstagram
