let me set the scene for this complaint. There's a company called the woobles. they do crochet kits for amigurumi (which is when you crochet a little stuffed animal/doll essentially). Most of the woobles kits are based on IPs that they've partnered with, like minecraft or lord of the rings etc etc. and in my opinion they're overpriced for what they are. Essentially they're the funko pops of the crafting world. cute but not for me. this is not the complaint this is back ground information.
