Paw Rugg's voice was a low mumble, splattered with a few understandable words. Particularly in the first episodes, Paw Rugg's voice was incomprehensible; his speech improved with the later segments. His wife Maw (voiced by Jean Vander Pyl) was a homemaker who appeared as the more level-headed parent. Their daughter Floral (also voiced by Jean Vander Pyl) had lemon-colored fur (as opposed to the darker-colored fur of Maw, Paw and Shag); she was the Southern belle and most sophisticated member of the family. Shag (the youngest and smallest of the clan, voiced by Don Messick) was a troublemaker who looked up to his father. The voices and personas of Floral and Shag were nearly identical to Judy Jetson and Elroy from The Jetsons respectively.

iZotope is known as a company that makes software and hardware, including high-quality plug-ins for mastering, noise reduction and audio restoration. A number of applications come bundled with some of their tools, most notably Sony Sound Forge Pro, Adobe Audition CC and Premiere Pro CC. As with most plug-in developers, iZotope offers a nice family of effects that can be installed and run on a variety of audio and video host applications. In addition, iZotope also offers its own host application called RX 2. It runs as a standalone single track (mono or stereo) audio application that leverages the power of the iZotope DSP and forms a dedicated repair and mastering suite. RX 2 is ideal for any music, audio production or video post production challenge. It can read most standard audio files, but cannot directly work on an audio track embedded within a video file, like a QuickTime movie.

iZotope RX 2 comes in a standard and advanced version. Both include such modules as Denoiser, Spectral Repair, Declip, Declick, Decrackle, Hum Removal, EQ and Channel Operations. RX 2 Advanced also adds adaptive noise reduction, third-party plug-in support, a Deconstruct module, dithering, 64-bit sample rate conversion, iZotope’s Radius time and pitch control, as well as azimuth alignment for the restoration of poor recordings from audiotape. Of course, RX 2 is also useful as a standard file-based audio editor, with delete, insert and replace functions.

Both versions are engineered around sophisticated spectral analysis. The RX 2 display superimposes the spectral graph with the audio waveform and gives you a balance slider control to adjust their relative visibilities. If you’ve used any Adobe audio software that included spectral-based repair tools, like SoundBooth or Audition, then you already know how this works in RX 2. Frequencies can be isolated using the spectral display or unwanted noises can be “lassoed” and then corrected or removed. RX 2 also includes an unlimited level of undos and retains a current state history. When you return to the program it picks up where you left off. It also holds four temporary history locations or “snapshots”, that are ideal for comparing the audio with or without certain processing applied.

Izotope Rx 2 Declipper

The iZotope RX 2 interface is designed for efficient operation with all available modules running down the right side of the window, as well as being accessible from the top menu. Click a module button and the specific iZotope plug-in window opens for that task. There you can make adjustments to the parameters or save and recall presets. Unlike a DAW application, the modules/plug-ins must be previewed from the plug-in window and then applied to process your audio file. You cannot add multiple modules and have them all run in real-time without processing the audio to a buffer first. That’s where the four temporary history buttons come in handy, as you can quickly toggle between several versions of applied effects on the same audio file for comparison. RX 2 includes a batch processor that can run in the background. If you have a group of modules to be applied to a series of audio files, simply set up a preset of those settings and apply them to the batch of files.

When you install the RX 2 package, the iZotope modules are also available as plug-ins within other compatible applications. For example, on my Mac Pro, these plug-ins show up and work within Final Cut Pro X. Now with RX 2 Advanced, it works the other way, too. Any AU, VST, RTAS or Direct-X plug-in installed on your computer can be accessed from the RX 2 Advanced interface. In my case, that includes some Waves, Focusrite and Final Cut Audio Units effects filters. If I want to use the Waves Vocalrider plug-in to smooth out the dynamics of a voice-over recording, I simply access it as a plug-in, select a preset or make manual adjustments, preview and process – just like with the native iZotope plug-ins.

RX 2 Advanced also adds an adaptive noise mode to the Denoiser module. This is ideal for noisy on-location production, where the conditions change during the course of the recording. For instance, an air conditioner going on and off within a single recorded track. Another unique feature in RX 2 Advanced is a new Deconstruct module. This tool lets you break down a recording into parts for further analysis and/or correction. For example, you can separate noise from desired tonal elements and adjust the balance between them.

iZotope’s RX 2 and RX 2 Advanced are one-stop applications for cleaning up bad audio. Some of these tools overlap with what you may already own, but if you need to do a lot of this type of work, then RX 2 will be more efficient and adds more capabilities. I agree.Sims 4 is a place to have these things and experience them without getting too much into trouble with the RL world. Wanting to create a VSCO girl/e-girl of my own in the lovely TS4 world, I did a little deep diving into the Sims 4 CC market to see what scrunchies I could scrounge up.

I found a decent haul, not gonna lie. Take a look!

Wrist Scrunchies

This section is for TS4 Scrunchie CCs that can be worn on the wrist like bracelets or wrist cuffs.

1. Mapella’s Scrunchie Accessory (+ BONUS! Recolor by gridoff)

This simple scrunchie-on-the-wrist design is quintessential VSCO/e-girl (even if it wasn’t designed for that purpose).

I highly recommend this for when you just want a cute hair accessory that doubles as a bracelet, because that is exactly what this is.

The original mesh by Mapella gives 18 solid color options. They’re all pretty, don’t get me wrong. But they’re also all pretty somber and neutral.

If that’s your cup of tea (because it’s mine) you should be fine with the original file.

If you’re looking for brighter, more cheerful shades, I highly recommend gridoff’s recolor.

It gives 28 completely new color options that are a little more saturated and diverse. There are four different shades of pink, two different shades of orange, and a lot of brights like red, baby blue, mint green, emerald green, purple, and lilac.

2. Simschino’s Scrunchie on Wrist Solid

This scrunchie’s design is as straightforward as the first one. But it’s a lot bigger.

Whereas Mapella’s scrunchie was smaller and daintier-looking, Simschino’s scrunchie demands attention.

And it gets it, too.

The color options for this are pretty good. There are a total of 33 swatches, with 28 solid color options and 5 two-tone variations. The range is pretty diverse with a couple brights, several neons, and a handful of neutrals.

So if your idea of a scrunchie is something big, floofy, and eye-catching, definitely get this one.

But if you’ve had enough of plain solid-colored designs, the next item might be more your speed.

3. Simschino’s Scrunchie on Wrist Pattern

This CC is proof positive that good things come in pairs.

From the same creator of the previous scrunchie (Simschino), this TS4 scrunchie CC is more than enough to deliver all your desired patterns – and then some.

When I first downloaded this, I thought it’d be like three or four patterns in several different colors (think Christmas plaid in red and green, black and blue, red and yellow, etc.).

Nope. I was wrong, and I’m happy for it.

Because this CC comes in 33 different patterns – all of which are 100% unique.

Yes, there’s Christmas plaid. But there’s also gingham, printed holo, polka dots, candy stripes, tie-dyed, graphic yellow bananas on a pink background…

Trust me when I say this scrunchie CC set has something for everybody.

4. Kiro-Maya’s Dress + Scrunchie Bracelet

So … this scrunchie-on-the-wrist comes with a free dress.

Yeah. I found it unusual, too. But in the curiosity-poking way.

This fashionable combo from Kiro-Maya basically means for you to pair the scrunchie on your Sim’s wrist with the full-body dress. And to keep things really coordinated, the patterns and colors of the scrunchie match the patterns and colors of the dress.

So you can mix it up or keep it matchy, depending on your Sim’s mood!

The dress and the scrunchie come in one .zip file, but they have separate .package files for your Mods folder. So in theory, you could just install the scrunchies if you dig into the folder.

I’m not going to tell you what to do, but I am going to say that the dress is pretty cute.

5. DSCOmbobulate’s Grandeur Scrunchies

Now that we’ve seen just how big, bright, and bold scrunchies can get, let’s head back to the smaller dainty scrunchies category.

This is the last Sims 4 scrunchie CC for this category, but it’s certainly not the least. Not with the level of detail put into it.

DSCOmbobulate’s scrunchies already have a pretty unique design (at least, compared to the previous four).

They’re sectioned pretty securely, looking almost beaded in a way. I will say that they looked like large, funky friendship bracelets at first glance.

But what really sold me on this CC is the attention to detail. The creator offers this scrunchie in two specific materials: velvet and silk. Yes, there’s a visible texture difference – not so drastic that it smacks you in the face, but not subtle either.

Hair Scrunchies

Now this is a list of TS4 Scrunchie CCs that are worn as removable or optional hair accessories.

A lot of them come with set hairstyles, but some can be worn with other hairstyle variations. Take a look!

6. Phoenix-Sims’ Aurore Hair w/ Scrunchie

Alpha CC texture isn’t normally my style, but I didn’t mind this hairstyle.

The high-pony-plus-front-bangs was doing it for me, maybe.

The scrunchie itself is pretty darn cute.

It’s of moderate size, has a believable cotton-like texture, and comes in 20 different patterns – most of which feature graphic flowers on colored backgrounds. Tiny, whitish flowers on purple, red roses on baby pink, peach carnations on cornflower blue … you get the idea.

If you want to use the scrunchie with other hairstyles, I recommend going for really high ponytails and buns. It sort of has to be an exact match.

7. Grafity Allie’s Hair + Scrunchies

I love the hairstyle almost as much as I love the texture of the scrunchie. I’m just a big fan of space buns, okay?

But I’m not going to overshadow the scrunchies here, because they look incredible.

Soft, shiny, and so, so silky. They’re easily one of the bigger accessories on this list, too – perfect for wrapping around sizeable pigtails.

The color options for this CC are pretty good: 20 solid colors, with enough vibrants and neutrals to keep things diverse.

The scrunchies will only work with similar hairstyles. That is to say, double buns and pigtails that are pretty high up. Try the pigtail hairstyle from The Sims 4 Discover University pack. The scrunchies look great with it!

8. Feral Poodles Ella & Bella Hairs w/ Bonus Scrunchie Acc

Look In:Head Accessories; HatsColors:30 swatches (includes 12 two-tone and three-tone options)

To test this scrunchie accessory out, I downloaded the Bella version of this hairstyle (nothing against bangs; it’s all just personal taste).

But I think this scrunchie is one of the rare ones that can work well with other hairstyles, given the placement of the ponytail: not too high, not too low.

Basically the Baby Bear to this scrunchie’s Goldilocks.

And I can confirm that it was a little easier to find other vanilla game hairstyles that would work with this accessory.

Tried it with the high ponytail (with the bandana accessory) from The Sims 4 City Living and the braided wolf’s tail (with the undercut) hairstyle (default Masculine category) from The Sims 4 Get Famous pack. They looked great.

The scrunchie is a removable accessory that you can download separately. It has a pretty decent mix of solid color designs and graphical/patterned designs.

I especially love the red and blue gingham patterns. Reminds me of picnics in July.

9. LeeleeSims1’s 90s Babe Braids with Scrunchie

“Babe” is very apt here.

I’m a sucker for big braids, and the whole hairstyle – from the high pony to the random stray front bangs – had me screaming. Toss in a couple unconventional hair accessories, and I was fully on board.

So with this chic hairstyle from Lee Lee, you have the option to accessorize with a scrunchie, some metal beads, or both. And they’re all separate .package files, so you can still pick and choose which ones you like best.

The scrunchie for this piece is as simple and straightforward as they come, but in the best way.

It’s big, it’s slightly poofy, and it comes in 20 different colors (all solids, plenty of saturated, vibrant shades).

Just like the one from Feral Poodles, this scrunchie also works well with a bunch of other hairstyles. I tried it with the high bun + bandana hairstyle from The Sims 4 Get to Work, the high ponytail + bandana from The Sims 4 City Living, a simple high ponytail from the base game, and the pulled-back updo (with side braids) from The Sims 4 Movie Night.

It’s pretty diverse, yeah.

10. Tekri’s Megara Hair

So if you’re a Disney freak-geek, you’ll definitely love this very accurate mesh of Megara’s hair.

If not, eh. Get it anyway.

In all seriousness, I did enjoy this set as-is.

Maybe it’s the hair’s ludicrous length. Maybe it’s the bang’s total asymmetry. Either way, I have a redheaded Sim that suited the style perfectly.

The scrunchie is, sadly, one of the harder ones to match with vanilla game hairstyles.

It’s a little too high up for some hairstyles and it’s a little too specifically sized to properly show up on others. But because there are so many color options for it (65, to be exact!) I decided to keep it on the list.

The shade range is incredibly diverse, too.

Neutrals, brights, neons, and warms are all properly represented.

Microsoft Office 2010 Not Working On Mac

In a reissued statement, Microsoft has reiterated its intention to end support for both Office 2010 for the PC and Office 2016 for the Mac as of Oct. While both productivity suites will. Microsoft Office 2010 support ends October 13, 2020. This means no more technical support, no more patches, and no more security updates. Here are your options, some of which are free.

Office 2010 reached its end of support on October 13, 2020. If you haven't already begun to upgrade your Office 2010 environment, we recommend you start now.

This article provides recommendations, information, and links to help administrators and IT Pros in large enterprises plan their upgrades to Microsoft 365 Apps.

What does end of support mean?

Office 2010, like almost all Microsoft products, has a support lifecycle during which we provide bug fixes and security fixes. This lifecycle lasts for a certain number of years from the date of the product's initial release. For Office 2010, the support lifecycle is 10 years. The end of this lifecycle is known as the product's end of support. Office 2010 reached its end of support on October 13, 2020, and Microsoft no longer provides the following services:

Technical support for issues

Bug fixes for issues that are discovered

Security fixes for vulnerabilities that are discovered

Because of these changes, we strongly recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible.

What are my options?

Because Office 2010 has reached its end of support, you should explore your options and prepare an upgrade plan to either of these latest versions of Office:

Microsoft 365 Apps, the subscription version of Office that comes with many Office 365 (and Microsoft 365) enterprise and business plans.

Office 2019, which is sold as a one-time purchase and available for one computer per license.

A key difference between Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019 is that Microsoft 365 Apps is updated on a regular basis, as often as monthly, with new features. Office 2019 only has the same features that it had when it was released in October 2018.

This article provides guidance on upgrading to Microsoft 365 Apps.

What is Office 365? What is Microsoft 365 Apps?

Office 365 (and Microsoft 365) provides subscription plans that include access to Office applications and other cloud services, including Skype for Business, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business. Microsoft 365 Apps is the version of Office that comes with many Office 365 (and Microsoft 365) enterprise and business plans. Microsoft 365 Apps includes the full versions of Office apps installed on your client computers. For example, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.

Unlike Office 2010, Microsoft 365 Apps uses a user-based licensing model that allows people to install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs and on their mobile devices. There are also differences in how you deploy, license, and activate Microsoft 365 Apps compared to Office 2010. For more information about Microsoft 365 Apps, see the following information:

Review what's changed since Office 2010

Review the system requirements for Microsoft 365 Apps

Before upgrading to Microsoft 365 Apps, verify that your client computers meet or exceed the minimum system requirements.

In addition, you should review the system requirements for your Office server workloads. For more information, see Exchange Server Supportability Matrix and System Requirements for Office server products.

Plan for Office 365

Microsoft Office 2010 Not Working On Macbook

Because Microsoft 365 Apps comes with many enterprise Office 365 (and Microsoft 365) plans, you should review your current Office 365 (or Microsoft 365) capabilities as part of planning an upgrade to Microsoft 365 Apps. Prior to deploying Microsoft 365 Apps, for example, you should ensure that all your users have Office 365 (or Microsoft 365) accounts and licenses. Assess application compatibility

Before deploying Microsoft 365 Apps, you may want to test your business-critical VBA macros, third-party add-ins, and complex documents and spreadsheets to assess their compatibility with Microsoft 365 Apps. For more information, see Assess application compatibility.

To help with assessing application compatibility with Microsoft 365 Apps, you can use the Readiness Toolkit for Office add-ins and VBA. The Readiness Toolkit includes the Readiness Report Creator, which creates an Excel report with VBA macro compatibility and add-in readiness information to help your enterprise assess its readiness to move to Microsoft 365 Apps.

Other resources are also available. For example, if you use Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (current branch), you can use the Microsoft 365 Apps readiness dashboard. Or, you can get assistance from Microsoft through the App Assure program.

Assess your infrastructure and environment

To decide how to upgrade to Microsoft 365 Apps, you should evaluate your infrastructure and environment, including the following areas:

Number and distribution of your clients, including required languages.

IT infrastructure, including operating systems, mobile device support, user permissions and management, and software distribution methods.

Network infrastructure, including connections to the internet and internal software distribution points.

Cloud infrastructure, including existing Office 365 (or Microsoft 365) capabilities, user licensing, and identity.

Review new Group Policy settings

As with any new version of Office, there are new Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML) for Group Policy settings. All Group Policy settings for Microsoft 365 Apps are now located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftOffice16.0 and HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftOffice16.0.

You can download the Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML) for Group Policy settings for Microsoft 365 Apps from the Microsoft Download Center for free. The download includes an Excel file that lists all the Group Policy settings for Microsoft 365 Apps.

Choose how you want to deploy Microsoft 365 Apps

You can deploy Microsoft 365 Apps from the cloud, from a local source on your network, or with Configuration Manager (or another software distribution solution). Which option you choose depends on your environment and business requirements. Deploying from the cloud, for example, minimizes your administrative overhead, but could require more network bandwidth. Deploying with Configuration Manager or from a local source, on the other hand, offers more granular control over the deployment of Microsoft 365 Apps, including which applications and languages are installed on which client computers.

Choose how often to update Office

With Microsoft 365 Apps, you can control how frequently your users receive feature updates to their Office applications. For more information, see Overview of update channels for Microsoft 365 Apps.

Plan for additional languages

You can install language accessory packs after you've deployed Microsoft 365 Apps in one of its base languages. There are two ways to install language accessory packs:

Have your users download and install the language accessory packs that they need from the Office 365 portal.

Use the Office Deployment Tool to deploy the appropriate language accessory packs to your users.

Special considerations

The Office Customization Tool is not used as part of the Microsoft 365 Apps installation. Instead, you can customize the installation for your users with the Office Deployment Tool. For more information, see Overview of the Office Deployment Tool.

Removal of InfoPath from Microsoft 365 Apps. InfoPath 2013 remains the current version and therefore isn't included in Microsoft 365 Apps. When you upgrade an existing installation of Office 2010 to Microsoft 365 Apps, InfoPath is removed from the computer. If your users still need to use InfoPath, the 2013 version of InfoPath is available for installation on the Software page in the Office 365 portal.

How To Download Fonts On Powerpoint Mac

On the Mac you use the Font Book to add the font and then copy it to the Windows Office Compatible folder. Many third parties outside of Microsoft package their fonts in.zip files to reduce file size and to make downloading faster. If you have downloaded a font that is.

Click the File tab and then click Options (it's near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box.

To uninstall fonts and remove them from the Mac, open Font Book and highlight the font you want to remove. You can also remove an entire font family or a whole collection of fonts. From the File menu, select Remove 'name of font' and confirm the deletion.

Gone are the days when business PowerPoint presentations were limited to use only the default system fonts. Now almost all professional presentation templates are designed incorporating modern custom font types.

Though adding a new font for Powerpoint is relatively a simple task, it often becomes a frustrating experience when things are not done right.

In this article, we will walk you through how to correctly add any custom font type which may be required for your powerpoint template, either in Windows or MAC.

So let’s begin…

Step 1. Download the external font file/s required for your new PowerPoint template

Often you may find the required custom font types listed in a ‘Help’ file or a ‘Readme’ file inside your downloaded PowerPoint template. Also, some designers may add the link to the custom font files in the first slide of the template.

For all our Slidehelper PowerPoint templates, you may find the details about custom fonts inside a ‘Readme’ file.

Once you have the link, copy and paste it to your web browser and download the font file/s

Step 2. Close all your Microsoft Office applications. These include PowerPoint, Words, Excel etc.

This is a very important step. Newly installed fonts may not display in your template if you ignore this step.

Step 3. Install the font files

If you received a .ZIP file from the font website, first you need to unzip it. If the font was downloaded as a .OTF file (OpenType) or a .TTF (TrueType) file you do not have to unzip/extract anything. (See the note at the bottom of this post for the difference between OTF and TTF fonts)

When you have the font file (OTF or TTF), simply double click on it. Font preview window will open.

Next, click the ‘Instal’ button. The location of the install button may vary based on your operating system. In Windows ‘Install’ button is located at the top of the preview window while in MAC it is located at the bottom.

Please note that if you see multiple font files inside the downloaded font package, you need to add all them. Often same font type is coming as separate files for each of its weight type. For example ‘Bold’, ‘Extra Bold’ etc. You may see these multiple font files inside the unzipped fonts folder as shown in the below screenshot.

Step 4. Relaunch PowerPoint and reopen your template file.

When you have installed all the required custom font files as above, you should see your template in its true beauty 🙂
