Pirates Heart (Stuckony)(Masterlist)

The 1700s, the Golden Age of Piracy, and Captain Steve Rogers has all he wants: a ship, a loyal crew, Bucky at his side, and the horizon offering a new adventure everyday. But an impulsive kiss gone wrong leads to a forced marriage between Steve and Tony Stark, and now Steve doesnt know what to do about ANYTHING. But Steve has been working for YEARS to ruin Obadiah Stane, driven by bitter memories, and he tries to keep it all from Tony. When the truth comes out, Tony runs away, leaving Steve and Bucky behind in search of answers to the secrets hidden from him his whole life– about his company, about Uncle Obie, and about his parents death.

Steve and Bucky cant abandon their mission against Stane and Tony cant deal with the answers he finds in New York and stays to try and sort it out.

Is this the end? Is Tony gone forever? Or will he leave everything from his old life and return to the sea and to the Pirates that hold his heart?

One Year Later

“All I’m saying is, I feel like we shouldn’t have to cross international boundaries to see our friend.” Gwen took a hand off the wheel and felt around the backseat for the Costco-sized container of chocolate covered raisins Harry was trying to hoard. “Isn’t there big trees on this side of the border? Pete and Wade couldn’t have settled down under the old Stars and Stripes? I shouldn’t have to renew my passport for this!” 

“Stop trying to steal my food and watch the road.” Harry slapped the other Alpha’s hand away. “There’s moose up here and I don’t really want to meet one face to face.” 

“There’s no moose in Canada.” Johnny snorted. “That’s only an Alaskan thing.” 

Silence in the car as Mary Jane and the two other Alphas swiveled to stare at Johnny in disbelief, and then MJ cleared her throat and grabbed the wheel when Gwen swerved. “Anyway, I think it’s sweet that Peter is literally willing to move countries to be with his mate. And as far as crossing international borders? Gwen we’re only fifteen minutes into Canada, I could just chuck you back over to the States if you are really so bothered by it.” 

“Pete says the only reason they chose Canada is cos all the land on our side is protected.” Harry chimed in. “Guess the government doesn’t really like people building cabins on national forest land and calling it theirs.” 

“Yeah, well it cost me five hundred bucks for my passport so Peter better make this a hell of a visit.” The female Alpha finally snagged the raisins and crammed a triumphant handful into her mouth.  “I expect room and board, three square meals a day and a spending allowance.” 

“You realize they live an entire hour from the nearest town, and the nearest town has one grocery store and one restaurant, right? What are you planning on buying with your spending allowance?” The Omega grabbed the wheel again and cried, “Gwen! Eyes in the road! You are a terrible driver!”

Winter’s Fall (One)(WinterIron)

Welcome to the story! A commission for @iam93percentstardust, @simplynerdy-gal @multishippinglife   and @livewire28 who wanted a very Winteriron twist on the Sleeping Beauty story. 

I’m not afraid to say it, this shit is adorable and the Winteriron friendship turning to love is just cavity inducing sweetness! I loved being able to weave some Greek mythology in with canon references, I love the utter Softness of Prince Charming! Tony, and the nonstop Sass from Bucky  I hope you all enjoy this as much as I do!

{Note: Echidna is known as the mother of monsters in Greek mythology, and one of her offspring is the Hydra monster, which is important to this story for all the obvious reasons. Read more HERE and HERE.}

Once Upon a Time…

The castle by the sea caught the last rays of the winter sunset and reflected brilliantly under the gentle glow. Marbled walls shaded soft pink and rich purple, the ocean below tossed deep blue and shadowed gray waves against white cliffs and the evening wind brought a crispness to the air that spoke of coming snow. 

Inside the home, servants closed the last of the windows to be sure the halls and great room stayed cozy for the all the attending guests and lit every chandelier so each lovely gown and piece of ornately stitched brocade was displayed to it’s best. The floors were polished to a high shine, the statues and decor dusted, drapes cleaned and banisters smoothed all to be sure the castle was as beautifully put together as could be.  

Tonight was the night the two month old Prince James was to be christened, baptized and blessed and finally introduced to the Kingdom, and all needed to be exactly perfect.

Gathered in the main ballroom was a crush of the most important people in the realm– Lords and Ladies, visiting dignitaries and stewards, the bishop and priests. The General Ross and his second in command were present, the Royals Stark with their son Prince Anthony, and as a show of respect to the ancient magic woven through the land, even the good witch Margaret and the King and Queen Fae had been invited. 

The bishop wasn’t thrilled about seeing old magic mingling with new religion, but King George cleared his throat loudly when one of the priests spoke up to complain, and on his other side, King Howard pinned the priest with the sort of look that quelled even the strongest objection. 

“It would be unwise of His Majesty to seek the blessing of only one spiritual force in this Kingdom, don’t you think?” Howard said slowly, pointedly. “Surely we all want as many blessings for Prince James as possible, isn’t that correct?”

“Well yes but–but– but–” the priest tried to stammer but neither Howard nor George were listening anymore, both the Kings turned to watch their wives approach the gilded bassinet that held the little Prince. 

“Oh, he’s beautiful.” Maria gathered her heavy skirts and knelt to brush gentle fingers over the baby’s satin soft cheek. “Winnie, you must be so happy, look how lovely he is. Such dark hair too!”

“He looks like a foot.” Prince Anthony was two and a half years old, wildly rambunctious and hilariously outspoken and as he peered at the baby from beneath a riot of curls, his little nose scrunched as if unimpressed. “Why is he wrinkly?”

More Than Words (Twenty-Six)

Peter dives further into research, so this chapter contains the same generic TW as the last one for mentions of the Holocaust and mistreatment/torture of mutants. I had a blast writing some of the history for this verse, and I’m not saying I want to write a Stucky centric spin off based on what I’ve written in here, but like also, I sort of want to write a Stucky centric spin off. 

Also, it ends with a line to make you scream, you’re welcome.

“Pete?” Harry had to put his shoulder against the apartment door and shove to get it open. “Pete? What the heck is blocking your door? Where are you?” 

“I’m here.” Peter hurried towards the front door and pushed boxes out of the way to let the Alpha through. “Sorry, I got busy and all my reading sort of expanded–” he gestured to the entire living room. “–everywhere. Did you bring me the movies?” 

“I brought movies and I brought food.” Harry held up a to go box and then a stack of movies. “But I think you owe me for all the weird looks I got picking out all these titles.” 

“Why were people looking at you weird?” Peter was starving, and he snatched at the food before Harry had even made it to the kitchen, throwing back the lid and exclaiming in delight over the chimichanga inside. “That video store is known for having obscure movies and random documentaries, I feel like these ones aren’t half as crazy as most of the stuff on the shelves.” 

“The Rise of the Squatch.” Harry read out loud. “The Girl from Lava Island. The Creature from the Mines. This one is called ‘What Lurks Within’ and I dunno what that could possibly be about. What’s with all the cheesy monster movies and faux documentaries?” 

“Every crazy story as a little bit of truth somewhere along the way.” the Omega mumbled through a big bite. “The stories that get told over and over had to be true at some point, right?” 

“Uh huh.” Harry said skeptically. “Which is why you had me rent ‘It Came From the Manhole’, right? Because ‘It Came in the Manhole’ was right next to this one and that’s just straight up porn, Pete. It was just porn and I’ll give you a guess which movie case I grabbed for the first time around.” 

“…well was it interesting porn?” 

“It had MANHOLE on the cover, Peter!”

Peter didn’t remember calling a car service from his apartment sometime in the early morning. He didn’t even remember hanging up with May and he certainly didn’t remember changing out of his nicer clothes and into worn jeans and a t shirt and wrapping up in the blanket from their cabin to sit by the window and stare for hours until the sun came up.

So no, he didn’t remember calling a car service and he didn’t really remember almost falling down the stairs in his rush to meet the driver in the street and he didn’t remember rattling off an address that only led to an abandoned camp ground in the national forest closest to the border.

All the Omega remembered was falling asleep in the backseat with Wade’s blanket clutched to his chest, holding onto his ring tight enough to leave indents in his palm, and biting his tongue until it bled just so he wouldn’t cry.

The driver was a kindly old Alpha with bright white hair and over sized glasses, and he’d been gentle so gentle shaking Peter awake and helping him from the back of the cab to stand on shaky legs in the gravel parking lot.

“Um.” Peter glanced around the empty lot and wondered briefly for the first time ever what had happened to his car from the first time he’d driven up here. “Thanks. I’m– I’m fine. You don’t have to wait for me. I’m fine.”

“You’re fine.” the Alpha repeated. “You sure, kiddo? This is a helluva long way from absolutely nothin’.”

“I’m fine, everything’s fine.” Peter dug his wallet out and shoved some bills at the driver. “Thank you.”

Buckland’s Complete Book Of Witchcraft - This book is a most have in every Wiccan’s collection because of how informative it is. I highly recommend this book to really every witch who hasn’t read it yet.

The Modern Guide to Witchcraft: Your Complete Guide to Witches, Covens, and Spells - This book is a nice add to a baby witches collection, for how simple of a read it is. Not to mention how aesthetically pleasing it is.
