Lady Lucy is a somewhat mad noblewoman, originally the seventh daughter of the northern royals, sent to negotiate an alliance with either the Fittes or the Rottwell kingdom. On her way south she was attacked by a bandit group and Lady Lucy lost her entire entourage, leaving her slightly mad. After settling down in the borderlands, it was said that she spent her days talking to an old skull and refusing all offers of alliance or marriage. Not much is known about her disapearance in broad daylight, but rumors tell of a new crewmember on The Portland, the infamous pirate ship led by captain Lockwood, who bears a resemblance to the lost lady

Summary: Lockwood and Co. has always been a quaint little agency. They might not be very well known, but the trio of Anthony Lockwood, George Cubbins and Holly Munro have always worked together well, and nothing could ever disrupt the little family they've made. But when they get unexpectedly paired with an independent agent who's unusually good at pushing Lockwood's buttons, they realize things may not stay the same after all.
