Week 13: Oral Recitation and Slow but Steady Progress
This week was another nerve-wracking one because we had our oral activity in our Project Management subject. I spent a lot of time reviewing because I was really nervous and wanted to make sure I was ready. The topics we focused on were Module 10: System Architecture, Module 11: User Interface Design, and Module 12: Project Management, along with Appendix A: Gantt Chart and Appendix B: PERT Chart. Thankfully, all the effort paid off because I passed the oral recitation, and that really boosted my confidence. Me and my classmates actually enjoyed the experience—even if we were nervous, we had fun answering and listening to each other.
Aside from that, we also worked on the activity that Sir Earl gave us. We moved a bit slowly, but we made sure we understood every step before moving forward. Even if the progress wasn’t fast, it was steady and organized. This week taught me that preparation really helps ease the fear, and that it’s okay to move slowly as long as we’re moving forward. #OralRecitationFeels #ProjectManagement #SlowButSteady #SystemArchitecture #UIDesign #GanttChart #PERTChart #PassedAndProud #EnjoyWhileLearning

Week 12 - WowWowWow Holiday
This week was a relaxing break from school as most of our subjects didn’t have classes due to the holiday. Since there were no announcements for any major tasks, I decided to spend the week at our other house with my family. It felt good to slow down and enjoy some simple moments away from school stress. We spent time eating together, cooking meals, and watching movies—just enjoying each other’s company.
One of my favorite parts of the week was our coffee sessions, where we just sat, talked, and laughed over a warm cup. It was a peaceful and cozy time that reminded me how important it is to rest and recharge. No deadlines, no pressure—just good food, good movies, and family love. Week 12 was all about peace, bonding, and appreciating life’s little joys. #HolidayBreak #FamilyTime #CoffeeLover #MovieMarathon #SimpleJoys #RestAndRecharge #NoSchoolFeels

Week 11: Back to Reality - Fun, Fear, and Focus
After the Holy Week break, it was finally time to return to reality. This week, we jumped right back into school life with an oral activity that was both fun and nerve-wracking at the same time 😅. Even though we were nervous, it was still a great experience because we got to interact more and apply what we’ve learned. Our focus this week was on Module 7: Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Module 8: Database Normalization, and Module 9: Data Dictionary.
We reviewed the key concepts, shared ideas, and tried our best to explain each part clearly during the activity. It was a good way to test our understanding and learn from each other’s answers. Despite the pressure, we managed to push through and enjoy the moment. Week 11 was all about getting back on track, learning new things, and overcoming a little bit of stage fright. #BackToReality #OralRecitationFeels #ERD #DatabaseNormalization #DataDictionary #FunWithFear #PushLangNgPush

Week 10: Holy Week Traditions and Family Time
This week, we took a pause from our academic tasks to observe and celebrate Holy Week. It was a time for rest, reflection, and reconnecting with family. Instead of focusing on schoolwork, I spent most of the week helping at home, especially in preparing food and joining in our family traditions. We made simple dishes together and shared stories while cooking, which made the moments more special.
Aside from that, we also took time to remember the meaning of Holy Week through prayer and reflection. It felt peaceful to step back from the usual stress and focus on spiritual and family life. Although we paused our project for a while, it was a much-needed break for everyone. Week 10 reminded me of the importance of balance between school and personal life. #HolyWeek2025 #FamilyTime #TraditionsMatter #SpiritualBreak #PauseAndReflect #NoAcadJustPeace

Week 9: Halfway Progress and Holy Week Prep
This week, we were able to finish around 50% of our project, which made us feel proud and more motivated. We focused on polishing the parts we’ve already done and started preparing for the next steps. Seeing our progress slowly come together reminded us that all the effort is paying off. Even though there’s still more to do, it felt good to finally reach the halfway mark. We also made sure to communicate with each other about what’s next after the break.
At the same time, we’re starting to shift our focus a bit as Holy Week is approaching. It’s a time to slow down, reflect, and take a short break from all the school stress. Balancing project work and preparing for Holy Week wasn’t easy, but we’re managing. Week 9 was all about progress, reflection, and preparing for both school and personal peace.

Week 8: Conflict Schedule, Leadership, and Virtual Teamwork
This week, I wasn’t able to attend our class because I had a conflict with another subject. I had a reporting in our Gender and Society (GNS) class, and since I’m the group leader there, I had to focus on that responsibility. Even though I couldn’t join the class, I still made sure to stay connected with my group for our project. I communicated with them regularly and helped out with our activity, which was creating a Use Case Diagram Design using Lucidchart. We worked together and discussed the details to make sure everything was accurate and clear.
We also held virtual meetings to keep everything on track and update each other on our progress. It wasn’t easy juggling tasks from different subjects, but we managed to make it work as a team. I’m really thankful for my group’s cooperation and understanding. Week 8 was all about handling responsibilities, staying connected, and making the most out of our time.

Week 7: No Class, Manuscript Work, and Midterm Worries
This week, we didn’t have any classes, so we used the time to continue working on our manuscript. Even without regular meetings, our group kept in touch and focused on improving the content and organizing the details. It was a good chance to catch up on some parts we needed to polish. While working on the manuscript, I couldn’t help but overthink about our midterm exam scores and grades. The thought of whether I passed or not kept playing in my mind. It’s that time of the semester when stress hits differently—especially with all the schoolwork piling up.
Honestly, the waiting game for grades got me in my feelings 😭. I kept refreshing the portal hoping something would appear, but nothing yet. Still, I’m holding on to a little bit of hope and praying for good results. Week 7 was a mix of productivity and emotional damage 😂.

Week 6: Planning, Meetings, and Study Grind
Tumblr media
This week was all about staying focused and balancing different responsibilities. I spent a lot of time thinking about the next steps for our manuscript and what improvements we still need to make. There are still parts that need organizing, so I started listing some ideas and suggestions for our group. Even though we were all busy, my groupmates and I managed to have short meetings to share updates and make small changes. These meetings really helped us stay connected and on track. Aside from the project, I was also grinding and studying hard for our Chapter 4 and 5 quizzes. It wasn’t easy managing everything at once, but I tried my best to stay productive. I focused on reviewing notes and understanding the lessons better. Week 6 reminded me of the importance of time management and teamwork, even during busy times. #ItsOkayNotToBeOkay

Week 5: Managing Tasks and Working as a Team
Tumblr media
This week, my groupmates and I decided to divide our tasks to keep everything on track. During the interview, I wasn’t able to join because I had a conflict with another subject, where I had a report and a quiz to focus on. I informed my groupmates in advance, and they understood my situation. While they handled the interviewees and gathered important data, I focused on managing the flow diagrams for our project. It was a bit challenging to work separately, but we made sure to communicate and update each other. My groupmates did a great job conducting the interviews, ensuring we got the information we needed. At the same time, I worked on organizing the diagrams to clearly present the process of our system. Even though we had different tasks, we still worked as a team to move forward. Week 5 was all about balancing responsibilities and trusting each other to get the job done.

WEEK 04 - DISCUSSIONS AND MEETINGS :))
This week, we focused on improving our interview process by making sure our questions were clear and well-prepared. We discussed how to gather useful answers from our respondents to strengthen our research. Aside from that, we divided tasks among our group to stay organized and work more efficiently. Each member had a specific role, which helped us make steady progress on different parts of the project. We also held meetings to review our manuscript and make necessary improvements. Everyone shared their thoughts and gave suggestions, making the editing process smoother. It was great to see how each of us contributed to refining our work. Working together made everything more manageable and less overwhelming. Week 4 was all about teamwork, discussions, and making sure we were on the right track.

WEEK 03 - Meetings, Task Breakdown, and Manuscript Editing
This week, we focused on improving our teamwork and making steady progress on our project. We had several meetings to discuss our work, share updates, and make sure everyone was on the right track. Talking things through as a group helped us stay organized and motivated. We also broke down our tasks into smaller, more manageable parts, so each member knew exactly what to focus on. This made everything less overwhelming and allowed us to work more efficiently.
Aside from planning, we also started editing our manuscript to make it clearer and more structured. We carefully reviewed each section, fixing errors, rewording parts that needed improvement, and making sure everything made sense. It was a bit challenging, but with teamwork, we managed to improve the overall quality of our paper. Everyone shared ideas and gave feedback, which helped us see things from different perspectives.
By the end of the week, we were proud of the progress we had made and felt more confident in our work. Watching our project take shape little by little was both rewarding and encouraging. Although there’s still a lot to improve, we are learning the value of teamwork, open communication, and perseverance. Week 3 reminded us that every small step counts toward achieving our goal.

WEEK 2 - RRL, INTERVIEW AND DRAFTING :)
This week, we focused on organizing our workload to make sure everything gets done efficiently. We divided our tasks based on our strengths and interests, which made the process smoother for everyone. Some of us started working on the related literature review (RRL), gathering valuable information to support our project. Others focused on creating interview questions specifically for sellers and buyers, ensuring we could gather meaningful insights from both perspectives. At the same time, a few of us began drafting the framework for our paper, setting the foundation for a well-structured document.
The division of tasks helped us stay on track and made collaboration easier. Each member took their responsibility seriously, and we made sure to communicate regularly to update one another on our progress. Working on different aspects of the project gave us a sense of ownership and teamwork. By the end of the week, we could see the pieces slowly coming together, and it motivated us to keep pushing forward. Week 2 was all about teamwork, focus, and building the groundwork for our project.

Week 01 - BRAINSTORMING!!!
This week, we kicked off our web application project by diving into research and brainstorming ideas. We focused on coming up with a good title that would reflect the purpose of our application. It wasn’t easy, but it was fun to explore different ideas together. To get more insights, we also interviewed some potential users to understand their needs and preferences. Their feedback gave us a clearer direction and helped us improve our initial plans. Alongside this, we started drafting our proposal, outlining the main goals, features, and how we plan to develop the project.
Working with my groupmates was the best part of the week. Everyone shared their ideas, and we had some great discussions to refine our concepts. We listened to each other, debated a bit, and finally came to an agreement on our next steps. It felt good to see our teamwork paying off as we made progress. Overall, Week 1 was a mix of learning, planning, and collaborating, and it gave us a solid start for the journey ahead.
