"Of course your name will be on it first," she grinned, "Kismet Harbor's Ballerina Turned Bizarre Food Mogul. Sounds like we might be able to get rights to a documentary with titles like these." Logan continued to tease, glancing over to catch Farren's bounce with a shake of her head. "Forever in my debt, I don't hate the sound of that," the blonde laughed. "Though I can't say I'd ever cash it in, I just don't know if I have that in me, unless I'm just asking for like my coffee delivery every morning." @farren--belrose
"I'm a genius," Farren declared. "Yes! Just make sure my name is on it first. 'Kismet Harbor's Ballerina, Farren Belrose, Turned Trendsetter!'." She giggled, a little bounce in her step as they walked along the sidewalk. "Both literally, and metaphorically. Like, one of those weird food challenges you see online." Even if she might not have been taking it completely seriously, it would be rather entertaining to attempt to make something of it. "If it does, put the blame on me. I'd be forever in your debt!"

"Okay, I have to admit, I'm weirdly into the idea. It's either going to be a disaster or genuine. No in-between," she grinned at Farren, "either way, I can write a small article on it for the paper." She jested, her smile not faltering as she brought it up. "I think people will eat it right up either way we decide." And not to mention the influx in business places would see with a new trend, whether it was good or not. "But if it ruins fries for me," a hand lifted and she placed it over her heart, "I don't know if I will be the same." @farren--belrose
Farren laughed as she turned back to the other, grabbing Logan's arm when she caught up. "No. I'm just excited for food," she said, giggling. As much as she tried to save her money and not eat out, it was becoming her normal. It was quick, easy, and she didn't have to walk through a cold store to grocery shop. "Iced coffee with fries might work. We could make something out of that—turn it into a trend. It'll go through it's first quality test tonight!"

"New clothes does not sound like a bad idea," Logan agreed with him as laughter bubbled over her lips. The boxes suddenly felt more daunting as they were stacked in the living room and she knew were some stacked in their bedroom and the spare one as well. Where to even begin? Logan leaned over, looking into the box that Matt opened up. "Unless you suddenly got talented and can craft clothes out of books, that will not help us." She laughed with a smile upon her lips, causing her to open up another box. "Nope," her nose wrinkled, "but this will be important for showering." Logan tapped the box, hoping she'd be able to recount it's location later. @mattswheeler
"Chicken it is." He smiled at her and finished the order. "There. All done." He put his phone back down and clapped his hands together and started looking around. "Maybe we should just get new clothes and call it a day." He joked around and started looking at boxes and trying to remember what one either one of theirs were in. "It wouldn't have been stealing anyways, my love." He grinned at her. He opened up a box of things and he saw books. "Well, that definitely doesn't help us." @loganxwalker

"Yeah, maybe," she said, smiling at the other, "I'm Logan," she introduced herself in return. "I haven't really done a lot of group hikes or hikes that don't end in a burrito." The blonde joked, warming up to the brunette in the moment. "It sounds nice, though, that no one is really left behind. I'm not slow or anything," she started, "just tend to be a little bit more cautious." As much as she roughhoused on the farm growing up, when it came to hiking, she had seen far too many horror stories. Additionally, her time in Kismet Harbor had been deemed safe up until recently and that put the blonde more on edge. "I think I'd like to join, if you don't mind," she looked down at the dog, "or he doesn't mind, just to get a feel for it." @natalie-makan
Sun shining, weather not too hot nor too chilly, perfect for a hike. Natalie was excited to be out and had brought Cooper along for this particular adventure. Although the German shepherd was patiently sitting by her feet, she could tell he was excited to get under way. Turning her attention away from the pup, the raven-haired woman realized someone was trying to get her attention. "Oh! Hi, yes. I'm Natalie." The attorney offered a friendly introduction with a smile, her new companion seemed a bit uncertain. "Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, but I don't find anyone ever really ends up on their own totally. And the people that really hoof it always wait so we all meet back up again at the end. Depends a bit on the trail too, how wide it is definitely plays a part in grouping." Hopefully it was a thorough explanation without being too long. Natalie was aware that once she got started talking she could become long winded quite easily. "Were you looking to join?"

"Fries and coffee sounds like emotional nutrition," she called as Farren nearly skipped towards the parking lot. Following behind, she caught up to the other, "You always skip like what when you're being generous?" She questioned with a playful raise of her brow. "I love the enthusiasm, though." Logan found it infectious in nature, "What kind of coffee do we even think goes well with fries? Iced? Give it that close to ice cream kind of vibe?" @farren--belrose
Farren nodded, picking up her towel and pink bag. "Fries with coffee doesn't sound that bad," she said with a shrug, beginning towards the exit of the beach. "It will never be spoken of again. A sworn secret between us." She gave a wink, her steps quickening slightly. "Therapeutic meal on me!" she called, nearly skipping towards the parking lot.

Logan let out a soft laugh, shaking her head as she glanced at the Mr. Swimsuit figure. "Yeah, let's leave this behind." She said, standing and grabbing her bag at the same time, in one swift motion. "Lead the way. We need fewer unicycles, probably alcohol or coffee. Maybe fries but not with coffee." She laughed, "But I'm not picky, I just need to cleanse myself from this experience at the beach." @farren--belrose
"Hey, nothing to be ashamed of. Mine isn't much better." Farren gripped the blonde's hand, giving it a firm shake before pulling back and relaxing back into her chair. "Just like that," she repeated. "Looks like Mr. Swimsuit isn't leaving any time soon. What do you say we jet? Find somewhere else, Unicycle-Man free."

starter for @natalie-makan
location: trail blazers meeting
Logan hadn't joined the Trail Blazers group but had stumbled across their meeting when she was heading out for a morning walk herself. She had been enjoying the still crisp morning air. "Hey," she walked up to a woman that was standing by herself. "Are you in this group thingy?" The blonde gestured to the group of people standing aside. "Do you guys all really hike together or do you end up separating once people get their own pace going?"

"Oh my mind is a mess, no need to question that." Logan teased, knowing that with everything that had recently gone on with Matt's brother and what that had brought up for Matt. She glanced down at the offer hand before taking it with a warm grip, "Deal sealed. This moment never happened. Vanished into the void." She grinned at she released the other's hand. "Just like that." @farren--belrose
"Deal. But, if it's your dream, I question your mind." When Logan began to draw up an idea, Farren looked at her, a brow raised. "And chocolate. But... I'm more of a vodka kinda girl." Reaching over, Farren offered her hand, as if to seal the deal. "I vow to never speak of this again."

"Chicken, please," Logan quipped with a warm smile. She waited patiently, though it wasn't all that long, for Matt to finish ordering for the two of them. "If we find anyone's clothes in this mess, it will be a miracle." She said, glancing over at him with a slow grin tugging on the corner of her lips. "Your shirt does sound like a pretty solid backup plan and this way it's not even stealing since we live together, it will always be here." Her grin reached it's full force brightness. @mattswheeler
He chuckled and looked at her. “Is that it? Damn. If I knew that, we could’ve done that a lot sooner.” He teased Logan and continued to rub her back. “Perfect. You want it with chicken? Broccoli?” He asked curiously as he started entering the order in the app on his phone. He went for the same thing with some broccoli himself and got a little extra breadsticks so they could snack on them throughout the evening. Once it was all ordered, he paid for it and then put his phone down on the counter. He followed suit by taking off his shoes and looking around their piles of stuff. “Well, if we at least find my things, you can wear a shirt of mine or something.” He grinned over at her. @loganxwalker

"We could pretend it is a dream but that would make me the one dreaming and that means this mess came from my subconscious," Logan grimaced, "How about this?" She began to poise a scenario, "I will bring wine or whatever you fancy, you book group therapy and we swear to never speak of this moment again." She laughed, "Pact of silence." @farren--belrose
Farren threw her head back, squeezing her eyes tightly closed as if doing so could erase the image from her mind. "I might have nightmares tonight. I do not know how I'm going to sleep." She looked back to Logan, wincing in mock pain. "I'm going to need some serious therapy after this. Épouvantable," she said, leaning her forehead against her fist. "Can we just pretend this is a dream? I don' believe it!"

"Right, of course he does," she laughed, shaking her head at her brother. She had more than a feeling that she and Matt would get married but she was in no rush to do so. With everything going on in his world right now, it was the last thing on her mind. She was merely trying to give him the space that he needed. Her expression softened as she looked at Dean once more, "I know you didn't imagine it, but you're doing it and better than you give yourself credit for." She said pointedly, "I know," she sighed, "you can't force her to let go but if you keep showing up, maybe that will mean something again." @dean-walker
“You’re lucky you have me, otherwise everything you had would either be broken or you’d be paying an arm and a leg to fix it” Dean joked, not thinking anyone was truly lucky to know him. He’d hurt her once, just as he had most others that he knew, and no amount of fixing her car or fixing things around her home could make up for that fact. “Yeah yeah, I know, not yet. He’s gotta ask for my permission first and all that” he continued to tease her, though he actually did like the two of them together. Matt had always been a good kid as long as Dean had known him, and Logan was happy, so that’s what mattered. “I never imagined I’d be a dad, and I especially never imagined fathering a kid with someone who couldn’t stand me” he said before shrugging, “I know I don’t have the right to say she should be over it by now, but I wish she was” he admitted, knowing it sounded selfish. @loganxwalker

"This is going to haunt me. Permanently." She laughed, shaking her head, "Like this is definitely burned into my brain in all the wrong ways." She glanced over at the other woman, still laughing. "Honestly, I think a shared hallucination would be better than this. Could blame it on a heatstroke." Though Kismet Harbor had not reached temperatures near heat stroke level. "But, no, sadly I think this is our new reality." @farren--belrose
Following the direction the woman was pointing in, Farren let out a laugh at the sight in front of her. "What the fuck?" she said through her laughter, turning back to the blonde. "Unless this is some sort of crazy shared hallucination, you are unfortunately seeing correctly." She let out a groan and shook her head, covering her face for a moment. "I would have rather seen anything other than that. I am going to need some bleach for my eyes."

"Mm, I knew there was a reason I loved you. You know just how to sweet talk a girl with blankets, carbs and no responsibilities. What a dangerous combo," but, Logan was not complaining in the slightest. Logan leaned into his touch as his hand moved up her back, "Fettuccine alfredo for me," she told him, "that sounds like the right move tonight." It would certainly send her into a food coma once she had the entire pasta bowl and far too many breadsticks. Logan pressed her lips quickly to his before stepping back and kicking off her shoes at the door. "Our first night in the new place," she chewed on her bottom lip, giddy with excitement. "Now to find my pajamas," she hummed, bringing her finger to tap against her lip as she released it from her teeth. @mattswheeler
“Relaxing it is.” He smiled down at her and leaned in to kiss her softly before moving back. “I can hook up the TV, get us some blankets, we can lay out on the couch and watch something. We can be adults tomorrow.” Matt listened as she discussed what she wanted to eat and he nodded. “Pasta and breadsticks sounds perfect. What kind of pasta do you want?” He asked curiously and ran his hand up her back. “We can order from Rustica. Should be here in an hour? Gives us time to settle down on the couch and pick something to watch. Maybe change to our pajamas and fully relax.” @loganxwalker

"Bad, fake fruit flavoring just ruins it if you ask me." There were a lot of artificial flavors in the world, too many to count. Yet, having this cake in front of them really drove home to the point for her. "The classics are very simple, good and nostalgic." Logan smiled with her words, "Maybe we will have to go a mix of classic and fruity next time. I bet they do that better than anyone could. The bakers here are utterly fantastic." She smiled at River. "We will have to do this again more often." @riverxjackson
END.
River made a silly face at her, then laughed. He knew it was good; he could joke around with her like that. But thankfully, the first term to be mean towards gay people wasn't used as much anymore. "That makes it even better," the fake fruit made it taste pretty bad, and he didn't like that. But the bakers here, too, he didn't think used a lot of the artificial flavorings, far as he knew. "Right? They are classics for a reason," he nodded with a smile. Maybe his next birthday, he would try to have a real party or something and order a cake; he couldn't remember if he ever really had a real birthday party before, due to how he grew up. @loganxwalker

starter for anyone (capping at 1)
location: kismet harbor beach
"Oh my God," Logan breathed out the words, lowering her sunglasses to make suer that she was not hallucinating. Lifting a finger, she pointed. "What the hell is that?" There was a man in a full-three piece suit, despite the sun being out. He was riding on a unicycle and wearing a top hat. Logan shook her head, "Please tell me I'm not hallucinating." Behind the man on the unicycle there was a few dancers that were dressed in a flamingo costume, following him in a synchronized dance. "Not every day you see something like that."

Logan's eyes flickered to him, "I did." She stated, her chin slightly dipping down as she spoke. "I had to know if he was okay." He had been through hell and back. The whole family had but she knew that Dean suffered more than the rests of them. He blamed himself for what had happened. Leaning back some, Logan's shoulder fell with a sigh passing over our lips. "He left to be alone, I know that." Logan stated to him, "Part of why it took me so long to find him, honestly. He hadn't wanted to be found." @maddoxcage
