Her engraving is in case she escaped! Just in case, somehow I could get somebody to bring her back before the Theraprism could catch her. I could find a way to keep her safe, I'm sure of it... Anything and everything would have been worth it...
... But the rest came from her inability to control her powers. Out-of-control shapeshifting does that, I'm afraid...
