let me tell you your darkest desire
for it to never end
you're slow dancing with someone you know will ruin you. maybe they already have. but you've been holding on for so long, your arms don't know how it feels to fall from this embrace. it's dying, this little, tragic love, but it made you feel alive once. maybe it was all inevitable. maybe it's better that it couldn't last forever. (you deserve someone who loves you as much as you do, let go)

The ride was quiet. Vee had no idea where they were headed, or if he had made the right choice by getting into the car. He knew there's no way he'd be allowed back into IGNITE to work after beating up the owner's son, so what did he have to lose?
The smaller omega was sniffling, cuddling up next to Angel, while the man in the suit sat up front with the driver. Vee was staring out the window but would occasionally glance over to the side, at the pretty omega he had saved twice. Why is it that on the two instances they had met had they both gotten into trouble? And would Vee be in more trouble now? Sure that security man up the front had helped them, but who knows what would happen next. Vee didn't even know where they were going.
When the car finally pulled up in front of a huge mansion - seriously, Vee could only dream of setting foot in a place like that - they all got out of the car. K was sent up to his room, while Vee and Angel were told to follow the security hyung. Vee was led into a room with him while Angel was made to wait.
It all happened so fast then. Vee stood with the intimidating man, who introduced himself as Dong-ho, the head of security for a prestigious Korean family. Angel was the youngest son of this family and needed a personal bodyguard. From what Dong-ho had seen of Vee... well, apparently, the alpha was the right person for that job. And the payment that was offered - Vee almost keeled over from the amount. It was higher than anything he had been paid before, all of the jobs he had had in the past combined wouldn't have reached that amount.
It... it might even be enough to get his boyfriend to start looking his way again. If Vee was earning more money, he could buy Sara gifts, take him out on fancy dates, win his heart back. There was really only one thing for Vee to say, after that...
"When do I start?"
They discussed details in-depth, and Vee gave the man his number - though, he suspected that some kind of background check would be made on him, since this was an important family. He nothing to hide - as long as he was paid, he didn't really care.
When Vee left the room, with Dong-ho still remaining inside, Angel was waiting. The omega started talking instantly, sounding a bit unsure of himself.
“Everything alright? Are - you’re not in trouble, are you? Wait… Am I in trouble?”
"Uh, yeah," Vee nodded, scratching the back of his head. "I just... got offered a job. To work for you." The Alpha told him, unsure about how Angel would feel about this. If the Omega was out and about without security guards after being brought up in this kind of lavish lifestyle, then maybe he wouldn't be too happy being stuck with a personal one.
"Starting tomorrow... I'll be your personal bodyguard..."
[ end ]
Vee's arm was wrapped around the Alpha's neck, his other hand keeping the sleeper-hold firm and powerful, ensuring that the guy wouldn't be able to stay on his feet for much longer. It put pressure on the windpipe, slowly making a person pass out, but he'd be fine in a while, once Vee eventually released him. That wasn't going to happen though until the threat had been neutralised, and Vee was sure that the two omegas watching him - Angel and K - would be safe. He had hated seeing the fear in their eyes - hated that a selfish Alpha had made them feel helpless, because of who they were. Nobody could control how they were born, or the situations they were born into. Vee was an Alpha, one of the lucky ones in many people's eyes, but his home life had been a war-zone that he had nearly lost himself in many times. He couldn't control the way he was raised, the values his parents had tried to instil in him, the ones that totally contradicted what he thought was right - but he had learnt over the years to channel his frustration and anger to do good, for himself and others. Training was his outlet, and when it came to using his strength, he could think of no better way than to protect those who felt defenceless.
A problem, however, arose when the head of security on duty that night rushed towards him. Vee was annoyed at the interruption - he was doing his job and he was doing it damn well, fuck you very much - until the security revealed that the person he had subdued and injured was none other than the owner's son. Vee's eyes widened, one quirked brow shooting up in surprise, before he glanced down at the man he was still holding in his arms. No wonder the Alpha acted like an entitled dick - he was one. Standing a little ways away but still in view, recognition also seemed to cross Angel's face. It appeared that the two of them thought the same thing at the same time - that being the owner's son explained why the Alpha didn't seem to believe in consequences.
Also... that Vee was in serious trouble.
More security arrived, the dance-floor cleared from patrons, shouting at Vee to let the man go. Vee did, lifting his hands up as the Alpha dropped to the floor, landing with a crash and gasping for air. The man's face was red as he scrambled to crawl away from Vee, pointing a finger at the man and sputtering instructions at the security.
"Get him! I want that bastard arrested!" The Alpha wheezed, his voice scratchy from nearly being choked out.
The security listened to the boss' son. Two of them ran to Vee's side, co-workers who Vee had worked shifts with before, and did as instructed, yanking his hands back behind him. Vee let out an annoyed growl, trying to pull away. "Are you fucking kidding me guys?" He grunted at the two.
"Vee, come on," One of them hissed, nodding to the still-screaming Alpha on the floor. "You nearly choked the boss' son, you're already in so much shit. Don't make it worse for us too."
"I was just doing my job," Vee argued, glancing over to the two omega, now being questioned by the security. It didn't seem like a good conversation. K was still clutching onto Angel, peering with teary yet curious eyes at Vee being restrained by his co-workers, while Angel seemed to be arguing with the security, his voice loud and heard over the still-pumping music of the club.
“Excuse me, what are you going to do to him? He only tried helping me and my friend -”
The omega was defending Vee, even though he didn't have to. The Alpha let out an amused chuckle, craning his neck up to look at the ceiling as he felt cuffs snap against his wrists tightly. Twice he had stepped in to help this omega, and his efforts hadn't gone unnoticed, which he appreciated. Angel didn't have to do anything to help him in return. However, Vee didn't think it was going to amount to anything. Angel had no power over the club, Vee would probably get fired. If he was really unlucky, he'd probably be sued by his boss's son too. His life would be over, then. Vee didn't have enough money to pay for a lawyer, and if found guilty he'd go to gaol and then he'd lose his boyfriend and his life and just- fuck.
The security was arguing back with Angel, clearly not happy to be questioned by the omega.
“It’s none of your business. Just provide us your information and answer some of our questions -”
“There’s no need for that.”
“Hyung!”
An additional voice caught Vee's attention, and the Alpha tore his eyes away from the ceiling to look at the newcomer - the man in the suit from the week before. The one who Angel had called when Vee had been fighting off those three Alphas, who then helped him finish the fight before giving him that mysterious card and told him to visit their house. What was he doing here?
Vee met the man's eyes. He pointed at him, and in fluent Thai demanded that Vee be let go.
“You, have a lot to answer for. First off, you have no idea who your pencil dick boy over there tried assaulting - And, it’s best to untie that young man. He works for me -”
“Are you insane? He’s a security here and he beat up his own boss, there is no way -”
“Trust me, you’d want to let my man go before you and your, ah, buddies would go to jail with your boss over there.”
Vee watched in silence at the scene before him, not missing how the hyung said that he worked for him - a lie, but one that seemed to shift something in the atmosphere. The boss' son - who was being helped away - turned to face the man in the suit. The expressions on his face twisted, the smugness from earlier totally erased now and replaced by fear. Whoever the man in the suit was - Angel's hyung - seemed to hold a lot of power if even that Alpha was scared of him.
But not just the hyung. Angel. The man's words about the Alpha having no idea who had tried assaulting rang through Vee's head, as he wondered about the omega he had saved twice. Even the boss' son started yelling at the other security as if they had done the wrong thing by Angel and his hyung. And when the man bowed, repeatedly, apologising to the foreigners, Vee knew that Angel was definitely more powerful than he could have ever guessed.
"You must have some kind of angel watching over you," The security who had cuffed Vee's wrists together mumbled when he was given the all-clear to release Vee, the keys jingling as he unlocked them.
"You have no idea..." Vee muttered to himself, finally freed, rubbing the wrists that had been encased in metal moments ago as he gazed curiously at Angel with narrowed eyes.
The hyung dismissed the Alpha and the guards, turning now to face Angel, K, and Vee with a hardened expression. He called them all stubborn, speaking to them as he made his way to the exit, his tone leaving no room for argument.
“Everyone in the car. We’re not done discussing this.”
Everyone? Did that include Vee? It seemed to, since Angel had fallen back to walk beside him while K stayed glued to the hyung's side. But why did he want Vee to come with him? His job was done - actually, really done because he anticipated that he'd be fired tonight - and that should have been the end of that.
“Are you okay? Thanks for, ah, saving me again.”
Vee glanced over at Angel, watching as the cute omega sheepishly scratched the back of his head as he thanked him again. The Alpha finished rubbing his wrists, letting his hands fall to the side as he responded. "It's fine," He told the omega in their common language, his brows furrowed slightly as he wondered again about who exactly Angel was. "I'm okay. I'm sorry that happened to you. Again."
They all exited the club fairly quickly, with some party-goers still hanging around. The sleek black vehicle that Vee remembered from last week was parked out front, with the hyung already opening the doors. K glanced behind him at Angel as if checking to see that his friend was there before clambering in, the door remaining open behind him.
"Does he want me to come with you?" Vee asked Angel with a frown. He looked at the hyung, who stood by the door, waiting for him and Angel to enter.
"Get in," The hyung instructed. "We need to talk."
Vee wasn't sure what to do, and hesitated to enter. K poked his head out, reaching out to beckon Angel forward, but it was clear that the hyung wanted Vee in the car too for some reason.
"Vee!"
The Alpha turned, seeing the head of security running up to him with Vee's sports bag in his hands. Vee had his clothes and possessions in there, locked up in a locker in the back of the club, where he'd usually get changed before a shift. The head of security handed it over, and Vee slung the bag over his shoulder, already anticipating the next words that came out of his mouth.
"It's not my choice Vee, but you've been let go." The head of security told him remorsefully. "You're not banned or anything but... I wouldn't show my face around here again, if I were you. Not any time soon, at least. Boss' son is pissed. You'll still get paid... I think."
Vee sighed heavily, nodding with his head lowered at the man. He wouldn't be surprised if he was docked pay for tonight. "I get it... Thank you."
The head of security nodded, looking over at the hyung before leaving.
Vee turned, hitching his bag over his shoulder and staring at the open car door. The hyung was still waiting for him to enter.
Fuck it, Vee thought, following the omega in and hopping inside the car. He had just lost his job tonight, what else could go wrong for him?

Timeline: 2025 March 18th, Wednesday, late afternoon. Location: Shin's estate in Kamala, Kathu District, Phuket, a little over an hour flight from Bangkok. Mood: Cautious, determined Attire: See above. With: Dong-ho, Nasir, Angel, Kyu-bok, and his charges' friends.
Vee knew that there was no way he'd be working at IGNITE in the foreseeable future, not after he attacked the owner's son. He was angry about it, but not because of the lack of work, but instead because of how that Alpha thought he had the god-given right to treat Omegas so disrespectfully.
Thankfully. he wasn't jobless for long. He quickly accepted the offer to work as the personal body guard to Angel, the Omega whom he had saved twice now. The pay that came with the job was good, better than anything Vee had been earning before. And it offered travel opportunities, apparently.
Currently, Vee was in Phuket, invited along to work his new job. The estate they were staying at was incredible, huge, making him feel slightly out of place. He focuses on what Dong-Ho, the head of security, told him - stick close to Angel and keep eyes on him at all times.
Right now, his charge is in the kitchen, searching for a snack. Vee hangs around, arms crossed in front of him and sleeves rolled up as he inspects the place out of interest, occasionally glancing over to Angel. He figures this won't be a hard job...

Angel isn't so sure how it happened but it did. He - he's in Phuket. With Kyu-bok. And some 'friends' from Seoul. And some US diplomat's son who is trying to get with his best friend. On a trip he didn't know was even happening until he woke up very early this morning to be told to get ready and pack stuff.
What's even more surprising is, his new bodyguard that Dong-ho-hyung hired came with them...
He goes directly to the kitchen to get snack as soon as they arrived at the house that supposedly his family owns... He'd never been in this place. It's gorgeous. But too luxurious for his taste. It would've been better to put up a tent by the beach and have fun that way... Staring at the skies after the sun set...
Anyway, he decids to stay up while many of the people he flew with headed to their rooms to nap, shower or change...
He's gonna sit around the kitchen and stare at his new bodyguard who's instructed by his Dong-ho-hyung to keep an eye on him. At all times.
Good thing the man in charge of him isn't bad to look at...

Timeline: 2025 April 13th, Sunday, 2:45 P.M, Songkran Location: His room, Bangkok Mood: Nostalgic, sad Attire: See above. Ignore the background - my boy is just too handsome even when he's sad Music: We Don't Talk Anymore by Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez With: He's all alone, sigh
Vee doesn't feel like going out for Songkran this year, and instead sits alone in his room scrolling through photos on his phone until he sees last year's celebrations with Sara. He stares at the pictures of happier times. Vee misses his boyfriend, who hasn't replied to his texts these days but is still heavily active on social media, tagged in a lot of photos with the other Alpha he has been not so secretly seeing while still in a relationship with Vee. Vee knows he's been cheated on, but he doesn't have the heart to end things with his Sara - but being kept hanging on is just torture. Sara doesn't even care that Vee's got a new job now, a good one, that pays well - they don't really talk anymore, and it's killing the Alpha, who wants nothing more than to hold his boyfriend in his arms again.
[ For reference, the photos that Vee were looking at... ]

Vee turned, hitching his bag over his shoulder and staring at the open car door. The hyung was still waiting for him to enter.
Fuck it, Vee thought, following the omega in and hopping inside the car. He had just lost his job tonight, what else could go wrong for him?
Vee's intuition had never let him down before and right now was no exception. He hadn't yet said a word, only communicating with his eyes whenever they met with those sparkly brown ones across the dance floor, but his gut was telling him that his presence was needed. He stared unblinking at the omega, waiting for even the tiniest hint of the man being in distress as he had been the first time they had met, knowing that even if it wasn't his job he'd get involved in helping him out. He was so focussed, not wanting to miss any signs of danger, but it slipped ever so slightly because... well, how it could it not, when he was watching someone pretty? The omega might be dancing more tame compared to his friend, but he moved his body so fluidly, sensually. Vee only let that thought in his mind for only a moment before shaking it off, not wanting to feel like he was betraying his boyfriend by looking at another for too long.
The Alpha beside the omega and his friend was, unfortunately, still hanging around, which meant that Vee's was still on edge. He started to make his way closer to the three, smoothly navigating through the dancing body, his nose twitching as he tried to identify any discrepancies in the scents in the air. His nose was terribly sensitive, a testament to his shifter form of a wolf, and being in a place like this at times could be overwhelming because of how many scents there would be swimming around in the air. But he was seeking out a particular scent, and sure enough, was able to do so when he got a bit closer - mangoes. The omega wasn't wearing a blocker. In a way, it was good - if his scent changed to one of sourness, then Vee would know for sure that he needed help. It did however mean that the sweetness of his scent could attract unwanted attention. While this club was pretty safe for omegas, there was always the odd Alpha who tried to take advantage of the sweet-scented patrons - case and point, the current Alpha still watching the two dance.
The omega was ignoring the intruder, keeping his arms wrapped around his obviously-drunk friend - also an omega, from what Vee could scent - and dancing to the music. He was probably hoping that that Alpha would leave on his own accord, giving him very clear signs that he did not want his attention - but then the Alpha started to dance closer, pressing himself on the omega's drunk friend.
That was Vee's cue to get involved.
The omega also seemed to take that as a sign that it was time to go, grabbing onto his friend's hand. Vee expected him to head straight for the exit, but it would have been hard to leave while in the centre of a packed dance-floor with an Alpha attempting to follow. Their eyes met once again, and the quick-thinking omega called for him, a smile on his face as he approached with his friend in tow.
“Hyung! I’ve been looking for you everywhere.”
Yes, definitely right that Vee had trusted his gut and kept an eye on things.
Before Vee could say anything though, the Alpha - who looked somewhat familiar to Vee? - spoke up first, still trying to speak to the blonde-haired omega. Once again, the omega ignored that Alpha, talking instead to Vee.
“You - Do you have a minute? So we can talk?”
"Let's go outside," Vee suggested, understanding that omega's plan seemed to involve the two of them knowing each other. If he remembered correctly, hyung was like phi, so the familiarity would work in their favour if they were trying to deter that other Alpha from talking to them.
Except as it turned out, this Alpha was like the ones that Vee had beat up last month - fucking persistent. That made him automatically dangerous.
No sooner as the omega reached where Vee was, the Alpha yanked the drunken friend away, causing him to stumble out of the omega's hold.
"Not again," The omega groaned, his friend trying to struggle away from the Alpha.
"No kidding," Vee mumbled, cracking his knuckles and already preparing for a fight. "Hey." Vee called out to he Alpha. "What do you think you're doing? These omega don't want to dance with you."
“Fucking Omegas dancing like whores and then acting offended when someone actually gives them attention.”
The anger settled into Vee's stomach. Typical asshole Alpha, thinking he had the right to touch an omega just because he could, as if they had been trying to get his attention in the first place.
The warning in Vee's voice went ignored, as the Alpha grinned widely, nothing but bad intentions in his eyes as he now addressed the security.
“You, open up one of the private rooms and bring me blondie, too. Oh, ladies, we’re going to have fun tonight.”
The change in the omega's scent became almost assaulting on Vee's nose, the sweet mangoes turning sour and rotten. His friend too, began struggling even more, though in his drunken state couldn't get away, stumbling on his feet and letting out a low whine when the hand that gripped him tightened to the point of causing pain. The fear coming from both of the omegas angered Vee more, his own scent strengthening as the need to protect filled him.
“You.. D’you know him?”
Vee turned back to the omega, hating the way that he looked at him now with fearful eyes. That Alpha had spoken to Vee so casually, as if they had known each other, of course it would put that already worried omega in even more of a frightened state. And the more scared he became, the more sour his scent was, causing some of the dancing patrons to actually start moving away. Nobody else seemed to want to help - nobody else seemed to bat an eye, except for Vee. And he was not going to let the omega think that he was this Alpha's friend or acquaintance, just because he had been spoken to so casually.
"I've got no idea who he is," Vee assured the omega. It didn't seem to help, with the omega now calling for his friend and trying to pull him out of the Alpha's hold, his low voice laced with urgency.
“K, K, come here, K, we gotta go.”
"O-ouch!"
Vee heard the other omega cry out in pain when the Alpha yanked him back. It triggered something in him, causing his eyes to flash with anger as he stepped forward, keeping the mango-scented foreigner behind him as he reached for the Alpha. He grabbed the well-dressed man by his collar, pulling him roughly, powerfully, so that he stumbled forward. Vee hoped he'd let go of the drunk omega, but his grip only seemed to tighten, causing the smaller man to cry out once again. "Let go of him," Vee hissed. "Or I'll make you."
The Alpha's face turned red, shock painting it for a moment before it transformed into rage. "Who do you think you are talking to me like that!?" He shouted at Vee. "Do you know who the fuck I am?"
"I don't care who you are," Vee said, still holding the man by his collar. What a fucking ego. Vee had no clue who the Alpha was, but if he was throwing around lines like that he must have some kind of reputation. Bad luck for him though - Vee wasn't going to back down when he saw an omega being taken advantage of.
The Alpha tried to struggle away, his hand finally starting to loosen around K's arm now that he was focussing on Vee. The drunk omega reached for his friend, but was still caught between the two, stuck in the middle. "This is your last warning to let him the fuck go, otherwise you won't just be escorted out of here," Vee threatened, getting all up in the man's face. "You'll go out in an ambulance instead."
"How DARE you!!!"
The Alpha's voice boomed, and he finally let go of the omega, who fell into his friends arms.
"Angel!!"
The omega cried, hugging his middle tightly. Angel. That had to be the mango-scented foreigner's name, but Vee didn't have a chance to even think about how well it suited the blonde omega before he noticed the Alpha's stance was widening in preparation for an attack. The Alpha's arm was reared back, hand forming a tight fist, ready to launch it forward, but Vee was quicker than the man could ever hope to be and easily dodged to the side. Part of his job was escorting rule-breakers out, subduing them until the police arrived, but unless it was absolutely necessary he wasn't allowed to use physical violence. With no other security but him and dancers starting to freak out - as well as two fearful omegas who were in danger - Vee made the executive decision that this was one of the moments where he would have to fight back.
So he did. After dodging a few more erratic fists aimed towards his face, he sucker-punched the Alpha right in the nose.
The Alpha screamed, holding onto his face as he staggered back, bumping into the crowd behind him. Vee thought that would be enough of a warning, but the idiot actually charged at him again, determined to continue causing a scene. This time, it did actually come to blows - they fought, right there in the middle of the dance floor, with Vee mostly controlling the scuffle, not once getting hit and instead being the one doing the hitting. The Alpha was getting even more frustrated but definitely weaker as more punches hit into him. Vee ended up grabbing his arm and twisting it, pulling the Alpha towards him to put him in a sleeper hold with an arm choking the guy's neck. It would make him pass out eventually, and already Vee could feel his struggle get weaker as he constricted his airflow with his powerful muscular arms.
"Oh my god!!! Vee, what the fuck are you doing!!"
Vee huffed, a little winded, glaring at the voice behind him that was interrupting. It was the head of security, another Alpha, who was glancing between the two with wide, afraid eyes. "Rule-breaker. He was harassing some of the dancers. Don't worry, I'm dealing with it." He told the man, who shook his head wildly.
"Vee, you've got to let go of him! That's the owner's son!!"
Oh. Well.
Shit.

Vee was distracted tonight.
The Alpha should be watching over the dancers at the club since he was working security, but his eyes were constantly on his phone, which he would sneak a peek at every so often when the head of security wasn't around. He was bored, really, which he supposed was a good thing since it meant there was nothing bad going on. IGNITE was pretty prestigious and a job that paid Vee well, so there weren't very many problems to deal with other than the occasional drunk who threatened to get violent. It marketed itself as a pretty safe place for omegas too, which is why there were so many of them dancing here tonight, hence, the need for additional security. It didn't matter if IGNITE had a good reputation - all it took was one bull-headed Alpha and a nice night out could turn into chaos in an instant.
So far though, everything was fine. Vee had a vantage point where he overlooked the dance floor and could see up to the windows of the private booths, though not totally inside of them. He had been up there before too as security for some prominent celebrities, and he preferred it to the dance floor - it was quieter up there, not much foot-traffic, and all he had to do was turn people away so the VIP's could get up to whatever the fuck they wanted to. But he was needed on the floor tonight, so that's where he stationed himself, gazing over the sweaty, dancing bodies with a typical stern expression. He turned some heads - Vee saw how certain omegas would dance his way even though he was wearing a scent blocker and was clearly security, trying to entice him with the way their bodies swayed to the music, but Vee didn't pay them much attention. Not only was he working, but he had a boyfriend already - though, who knows that long that would last, considering Phet was spending more time with the 'friend' he believed to be his true mate.
Vee really didn't know what more he could do. He was working his ass off, saving every bit of money that he could to prove to Phet he could provide for them in the future, which meant hiding a lot of it from his money-hungry parents who would drain him dry if they knew just how much he had stashed away in his apartment. His parents had also found out about Phet's desire to break up with Vee, and were now constantly on his back about it, telling him to just "take" what was rightfully his as an Alpha and force Phet to be with him. With enough beatings, they said, Phet would fall in line quickly.
Yeah. Vee wasn't doing that. He had spent years trying to run away from that kind of mentality, from the violence of his parents and his brother that had been instilled in him since childhood. If he was going to win Phet's heart, he'd do it in a way that would sweep the omega off of his feet figuratively, not literally.
Scanning the club, Vee tried to think about his plans to woo Phet back to his side, when his eyes met someone from across the dance floor - that strange, mango-scented foreign omega he had crossed paths with last month in such a bizarre circumstance. What a coincidence... Vee thought he'd never see the omega again, after protecting him from those three Alphas that night. He hadn't even gone to the mysterious house that the omega's friend had invited him to the next day, unable to remember if he threw out the sleek black card with the golden phone number that had been given to him or whether it was somewhere in his apartment.
Their eyes met only briefly. Mango-omega looked like he was having a good time, dancing with a long-haired man quite close, holding onto his waist. The other person was swaying sensually with the music, dancing like he was in a music video, feeling himself up while the foreign omega laughed about something. Under the strobe lighting, Vee was able to see more of the face that had been mostly hidden by the darkness on the night they had met - and it was a pretty one. A prominent jawline, fair skin littered with freckles, big brown eyes that sparkled as he laughed - yeah, he was pretty.
Which is why Vee kept his eyes trained on the omega and his friend when he saw a larger man approach them. The Alpha's eyes narrowed, and he watched on from the other side of the dance floor carefully. He noticed how the omega rolled his eyes, indicating to Vee that this wasn't a friend of his - just a stranger, probably trying to shoot his shot. It didn't mean there was something wrong happening, but Vee would rather be safe than sorry. Slowly, he made his way a bit closer, not planning on getting involved or speaking unless the omega showed some kind of distress - mainly, he just wanted his presence to be known, which was usually enough to stop a lot of Alphas from acting on their impulse anyway.
As Vee approached, he tried to catch the omega's eye. He raised a brow, a silent question as if to ask if everything was okay, waiting for any kind of sign to step in if he was needed.

Timeline: 2025 March 15th, Saturday, 10:45 P.M. Location: Estate in city then to IGNITE, a prestiguous club in Bangkok, Thailand. He's so gorgeous ARGH. Music: GUILTY by Taemin [ again, THEY BETTER FUCK TO THIS SONG 🥵🥵🥵 ]
Angel wasn't one to go out to clubs. He liked staying at home or doing activities on his own. He wasn't afraid of being alone and was comfortable doing things solo. However, after a few days of his arrival in Bangkok and being told that he couldn't go back to Seoul right away, he found himself going a bit crazy.
He thought of exploring Bangkok as this was the first time he'd been in the city. The experience when he first arrived in the country made him think twice otherwise... He could take his parents offer to drag along a security but even then, he didn't feel comfortable not because he didn't think the bodyguards his parents hired were incompetent. He didn't know the city and he wasn't going with another foreigner venturing through Bangkok when they weren't familiar with the place either.
So when his friends from Seoul was allowed to come and visit him, he took advantage of it. They wanted to explore and have fun so he'd be a good host despite not knowing a thing about the city. He decided to learn though; he did some research instead of asking his parents' assistants to do it for him.
They went out on a boat ride in the beginning of the week, went shopping, tried foods, and tonight, they were going to go clubbing. His friends were excited and demanded that they stay out all night until the sun comes out.
IGNITE was a very popular club; it was high on his list and made sure that they'd be able to get in before they got there. With his family's influence, they found it easy to get into the establishment and right away settled up in one of the private rooms. Right away, drinks came pouring in. They started drinking, having fun, tipsy when they reached the dance floor downstairs.
K who he became friends with since they were in elementary danced close to him. K was usually shy; he was surprised that the man even made it to Bangkok - With appropriate body guards as like him, K wasn't just anybody... Son of one of their most loyal family partners, K came from a family of diplomats who at one point, ran the Blue House...
K was seductive without the man even realizing it often getting himself in trouble. He enjoyed K's company because there was no pretense. He felt that the most often than not, what you see is what you get with the man. When the man was happy, it showed. It was the same when the other was upset or scared. Right now, K was having fun. Maybe the other drank a bit much?
"You're not fucking drunk already, are you?" He laughed, putting a hand on the other's waist to pull the man closer. "If you wanna go home, we can leave and just eat snacks and watch anime," he suggested, seeing how people were staring at them already as K danced openly and sensually.
Angel felt a bit stressed out, holding onto his friend and contemplating on leaving when he spotted a face that he thought he'd never see again. it's the Alpha biker! A smile began to form on his face but then he remembered the man didn't show up the day after the incident when they first met. Maybe the man wouldn't be happy to see him. After what he put the other through. He was going to wave to the biker to say hi but changed his mind and focused on K now dancing close to him.
"Oh my god, you're such a light weight," he rolled his eyes, keeping his hands on his friend's waist. He heard the man laugh at him then a third voice joined in.
"Do you guys wanna have fun?" An Alpha approached, a wide grin on his face.
Angel's eyes once again roll, why is it he always encounter assholes since he came to this city??

Every day has been the same for Vee. He goes to his day job, goes to his night job, and in between tries to stop his boyfriend from breaking up with him. It's getting harder and harder to convince Phet to stay with him, especially when he knows Phet has been seeing the person he thinks is his true mate more and more frequently.
Currently, Vee is at his night job, where he works security at IGNITE, a prestigious club. He's been working hard trying to earn as much money as he can, thinking that maybe Phet will change his mind about the break-up if he saw that Vee was doing his all to provide for their future. It was his only hope to try and save his relationship...

Angel gets ready to go out with a handful of very close friends that came from Seoul to visit since he had been stuck in Bangkok.
