Grad school is kicking me in the NECK yall. Both with academics and the everlooming possibility of being kicked out due to loss of funding for research and trans discrimination.

Wavewave is pulling me through though as I LOVE those goobers that are also highly-competent Decepticon officers. I will reblog other artists' works more for now (you all are SO GOOD at drawing my goodness).

I think what really caught me off-guard when I started watching RB is Heatwave's personality. I've only really seen screenshots and art of him before, and I always kind of assumed that he's, like, your standard wise and noble team leader who is always righteous and things like that (pretty much like Optimus Prime is?).

However, once I've actually watched the show - it was awesome to find out that Heatwave is, like, THE sassiest beetch of Cybertron :DDD Don't get me wrong - he is still a leader that always looks out for his team/family and puts rescue work above all else - but he WILL complain about how he's not given enough credit and especially when his human firefighting partner Kade is being annoying to him. And every time he doesn't like something he GROWLS? HELLO??

Beast wars megop is genuinely underrated. Megatron is going "my dearly hated rival" dramatically and optimus just wants to punch him in the face. He hears optimus scream like he's being skinned alive and goes "ah, i wish those sounds were there to lull me to sleep every night" and his predacons just clap like okay queen. Also they're a gorilla and a t-rex
