uncle baby billy is the perfect character. he's a horrible evangelical nightmare of a man. he's a scammer and a general menace. everything about him is a problem for everyone around him. he's absolutely batshit in the best and worst of ways. i am completely enamored with this weird old man and his funky little outfits
