Sooooooo...

…I’m back. Because these memes are too fire, & I miss seeing/interacting with your work as much as I used to - also, even though I said I was leaving despite nothing being wrong, I think I was under more stress than I realized, and that’s passed now. I feel better.

Because what’s a new story without picrews? All of the HLB cast made using this one - which is v dynamic in my opinion; I had a lot of fun with this one, & it will probably be my go-to going forward!

|| REECE GLOVER

18 - female - questioning - freshman - English major minoring in Creative Writing - introverted, passive, introspective, & aloof. Came from a quiet middle-class suburb on the edge of a reservation in New Mexico; chose DU because their mantra of “inclusivity” and “diversity” were more appealing than the edgy, gung-ho atmosphere of her local university. Is just your average college student trying to survive, get her degree, & maybe make some friends along the way.

|| LINCOLN ABENDROTH

18 - female - freshman - lesbian - Criminology major minoring in Forensic Science - extroverted, confident, sporty, vain - comes from money; chose DU to follow in her older brother’s footsteps - plays volleyball - enjoys the versatility of a ponytail, whether she’s walking across campus / jogging to practice / going to the bars / etc. Is the type of person to smile to your face, out of principle, but then talk shit about you to her friends. Like she thinks you won’t always find out.

19 - male - demisexual - freshman -  Environmental Studies major focusing on conservation; considering a double-major in Meteorology; down-to-earth, yet down to clown around close friends; also comes from money, but doesn’t let it get to his head, like Lincoln does; would rather run off into the woods and live among the moss & wolves, but that isn’t generally accepted by society.

21 - male - straight - junior - Business major - haughty, jeering, ambitious - your typical jock, if he had any time between 8 AM classes, long lunch breaks, & late-afternoon/evening drinking binges to do sports. You know there’s something off about him - something that tells you he’ll never really be your friend - but you’re drawn to him anyway. No matter what feelings he harbors in his heart for others, he’s more than happy to take your cash & buy you a handle of vodka for your dorm. That’s a kind of friendship, right?

19 - male - straight - freshman - Theater major, minoring in History, with an unhealthy obsession with urban legends - extroverted, dramatic, compassionate - has an impeccable fashion sense; has the infectious personality of Lincoln, without Ryan’s coldness; is compassionate & inclusive, but you still feel like he’s somehow better than you. Maybe he just seems more well-rounded; maybe it’s just arrogance hiding beneath a thin veneer of kindness.

19 - female - bisexual - sophomore - Undeclared, but leaning towards Sociology - introverted, passionate, hopelessly romantic; has that intrigue about her that can only be explained as wanderlust, but really, you suspect she just feels unsettled. She appears happy & jovial on the outside, but on the inside, it’s always changing; one moment, she wants one thing out of life, and then the next, she’s completely moved on. She wants everything and nothing all at once. Whatever she decides, she knows enough about the way the world works, and about you, to get it. Loves music more than air, or people.
