General Food Plan
Even though I hate breakfast, that needs to be the biggest meal of the day so I don't feel sick later: 1soft boiled egg (78) + 1 slice toast (69)+ 0.5 grapefruit (42)
Lunch: tuna and cucumber (120.5 for 1 cucumber + 0.5 tuna) OR soup OR whatever mum takes you to
Dinner: Chicken(142)/Fish(177)with salad (35) and sweet potato (112)
Snacks: apple and cinnamon(78)/ tuna and cucumber (21)/ carrots (50 for 2 medium) and hummus (1tsp =50)/ spicy cucumber (30)

Holiday Plan
EATING
Max of 900Kcal per day (excluding banana for recovery after swim)
No processed foods
Low carb and low sugar
500ml of water every 3 hours (4 times a day) plus as much non caffeinated tea as you want.
EXERCISE
MORNING (8am) 1km swim in the morning = 100 lengths (5 sets of 20: 5 freestyle, 15 breast stroke).
OR
1km "run" on running machine or around the block.
EVENING (7pm) 10 minute bingo wing blaster on weights.
NIGHT abs and arm workout
Rest every 2 days (rest=exclude morning)
10th, 13th, 16th, 19th, 22nd, 25th... 27th fly.

its okay.
if youre not gonna whoosh people away at school with how much weight you lost over the summer, its okay.
if you didnt hit your ugw during the summer, its okay.
if you fell off the wagon this summer, its okay.
if youve been binging all summer, its okay.
its not over.
its not too late to lose weight.
you can whoosh people away with losing weight during the school year.
dont give up.
theres a year until next summer.
you can be skinny for that one.
and if you arent, thats okay too.
its okay.
youre doing great.
