Hello, hope you’re well! I was just trying to recolor some hairs in the palette you use, and I was wondering what base color do you use to apply PMG’s Amphitrite curves? None of the Poppet V2 colors as a base appear as vibrant as your retextures but the recommended Volatile color comes as a completely different Pooklet texture. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi ^^ I just run PMG's curves over Poppet's texture (or when it's clay hair over clay texture) coloured in Pooklet's Volatile colour

My laptop is in the repair so I can't check but if I remember correctly xwhitepolar included here Poppet's textures in volatile. If not you can run IaKoa's Volatile curve over Poppet's base grey textures

In short: I like my defaults to remain somewhat loyal to their original counterparts, since I play mostly with premades and drastic changes of looks can be jarring on them.

So here is LoosiaP's replacement of afbodydresslongtwo (the formal clone of the long casual dress), recolored to match the BG dresses. I love these new designs!

tm-, am-, tf- and afbodyyukata replaced with shoeswap using TS4 EP10 Sandals

everyday category; sandal shoe sound; fat morph for all, I added preg morph for adults; polycount is around 600 faces more then original yukata mesh; yukatas’ textures repositoried to game files (Bon Voyage EP), this defaut replacement works fine with any texture-only default replacements; it’s not gonna break any existing recolours of original yukata mesh - those still have original geta sandals

Hi! Sorry if you've answered this before but it's hard to search on mobile. Do you have a tutorial you used to add additional ages to your defaults? I can't find one and I don't want to break anything

Hi ^^ I'll just copy here what I wrote on my resources page:

If you’re looking to learn how to make default replacements I learned it from this old Marja’s tutorial and adding ages at first from Spookymuffin and then from TheMeasureOfASim. However I recommend checking newer tutorials intead, like this one on Rudhira’s youtube (and subscribing to Rudhira there, maybe she’ll add more tutorials in the future), maybe going through Rudhira's dreamwidth too. As for adding ages there’s no newer tutorials I know of then the ones I used to learn myself.

broken hair anon - downloaded the cm-am version, sfs link 4066116 . it seems to load normally without debug mode on?

Hi anon, sorry it took me so long to answer this but I've been very busy :c I looked at this file and can't see anything missing or broken but I tested it in a new game whithout mods and custom content and it crashes for me in debug mode as well. I really don't know why lol but I remade it and now it shouldn't crash:

hi, your separated default for mhairhatpanama_stripes (post / 724695353961709568 ) crashes my cas in debug mode when i'm looking at tm hairs. if i try to go to the page it's on, the game errors out and terminates.

DaylifeSims Alfalfa Braids V1 converted to TS2 by RascalCurious – in Poppet V2

I used Poppet’s v2 natural and unnatural colours as well as BerryNooboos’ cosmic, Wyxii’s mint, Furbyq’s afterglow and PMG's amphitrite. As for texture I blended in Nouk’s Afro texture.

Polycount 11.7k; female frame; grey-unnatural gradients are for y.adults-elders, all other colors are teens-elders; grey binned to black and all naturals binned into one file; mesh included in download (I smoothed the scalp a bit).

Vulrien’s 4t2 Nolan-Sims’ Pinafore Your Thoughts dress shoeswaped with PopSims’ 4t2 Jius’ Mary Jane Pumps

Now that is a lot of words. It’s actually DeeDee’s dress mesh combined with JulieJ’s remaped shoe mesh. You know how you try to do something for the very first time and it doesn’t go perfectly well and it’s so frustrating you don’t wanna try doing it ever again? Yeah so at first I shoeswaped Vulrien’s mesh but I messed something up while age converting it to teens and got angry at myself. So instead I used DeeDee’s age conversion. Anyways, 16 original colours: swatch / in-game

Fullbody; everyday category; heels shoe sound; townie-disabled; for TF and YAF; choose TF repositoried to AF or standalone; both meshes have fatmorph, AF has pregmorph: polycount 6310
