Ok, I hit my all time low the past couple of months.

My highest weight at 345 pounds. My most depressed and my binge eating was as bad as it had ever been.

Well, the past 2 weeks I finally decided to actually make a change.

I've been working out regularly the past 2 weeks, and for the first time, I actually like it. I'm trying to stay within my limits and not push myself too hard, because I think that's one of the things that made me apprehensive with working out.

Also, I've been doing a good job staying within a calorie deficit. I finally got my meds filled, which I think has definitely helped with my appetite.

A big factor is that I'm currently on summer break for school, so I'm not as stressed. This means less binge eating, and I also actually have the time to workout.

Things right now are looking good. I weighed in today at 336. It's going fast, but I'm trying to remind myself that it's mostly water weight, and that it'll slow down soon enough.

Regardless, I feel good. This is the first time ever where eating in a calorie deficit isn't making me horribly stressed and depressed, and I actually feel like I have motivation to keep up with everything.

I know you're out there, somewhere on Tumblr. You have to be on Tumblr. You drive a red Prius. It proclaims you to be YAOIMOM. It was so excellent I had to pull over in stop and go traffic to take a picture of your car because it was pure perfection. I love you. I support you. I want to be your friend.
