How advertisers think it works: "Oh wow, ANOTHER McDonald's ad. That's eighteen today on Youtube and they really make me want to eat there. Thanks advertisers for reminding me it exists!"

How it actually works (with me at least): "Oh wow, anther McDonald's ad. If I ever get the chance I am going to fucking burn that entire industry to the ground and find who ordered these ads and blind them. Right now, I have never hated anything more than McDonald's. These repetitive ads make me want to not only never eat there again, but to drive doughnuts in their parking lots while throwing bricks at their facade that are inscribed with 'Savoury Chili WcDonald's Sauce' and see if repetition works on THEM!"
