If you're considering Tubual ligation read this

Tubal ligation is a medical sterilization procedure for women who are sure they don't want a future pregnancy.

Since this is America it's not easy to obtain these. I'm a mother of three and well into my 30s. I live in a backwards ass state called Louisiana. The last time I tried to get this done I was told no because I'm still young and I may change my mind. For women younger than myself, with less kids than me, or no kids they get shut down. Immediately. Won't even entertain the idea.

Regardless of age, if you have any kids or none, you can have a tubual ligation done. You can have your fallopian tubes tied, cut, removed, or possibly burned. Clearly it's more serious then getting an abortion. Removing or burning your tubes is a permanent choice. However having them cut or tied there is a chance to have them reconnected* or untied when you're ready for kids. Chance aside, these options too are usually permanent. *reconnecting tubes depends on how much is cut

Fortunately for you all I have a list of 150 OBGYNs (and I believe she's adding more) across all states in this link right here. (You might need to open the app) I can't link her doc but go to this obgyn's link tree and click the third box (Gyn's who will perform tubual sterilization).

Regardless of how many kids you may have or how old you are they will perform this procedure. Just find your state and call them. *If you know or are unsure about having babies later in life be sure to ask if they can do a tubual ligation reversal.

I am not an expert on tubual ligation. I know the basics and that's it. So I do strongly suggest that if you're considering this please do research I have a couple links below. Most sites list the same standard information.
