I hate getting so sad to the point where my body completely shuts down, and all I can do is just lay there and think about all my problems

Guys, I get that everything is awful, but please for your own sake, try to find a bit of happiness in each of your days. Better yet, create it. Go outside, watch a movie, clean your room, text a friend. No matter how awful a day is, there’s always something good. It can be small, but it is still good.

It hurts.

It hurts, and it’s uncomfortable, being in my body.

I look down and see fat arms and thick thighs that hide the body I really have.

I’m hidden in there somewhere, but I’m buried under helpings of pasta and bites of ice cream.

It hurts to look down at my stomach and see it distend with the bit of food I forced down.

It hurts to look in the mirror and to try on clothes.

It hurts to be hungry all the time.

It hurts to be fat. It hurts to want to be skinny.

My heart, my head. It hurts.

I hope you fall in love with being alive

I hope you pick flowers and read books and understand that life is so much more than a Snapchat from a boy you won’t remember in a couple of years. I hope you feel pursued. I hope you have the best of friends, and I even hope you get in trouble together. I hope you make fun memories and take too many pictures and scream at the top of your lungs on roller coasters. I hope you swim in the depths of the oceans, and feel the dirt underneath your fingernails when you climb mountains. I hope you feel the joys of genuine laughter, and I hope you know the difference between wisdom and test scores. I hope you understand that you can be anything you want to be, but you have to work hard to get it. I hope you do more than sit around and complain about the things that could change; I hope you are the change. I hope you journal and write every thought down. I really wish to fall in love and then I want the boy to break my heart in a really cruel way so my lazy ass can get some motivation to lose weight to become pretty... because everything that’s comes from the outside will always have a greater impact on you then what comes from your inside

It feels like I was just chillin’ in my room, minding my own damn business when I suddenly developed an f*** eating disorder

For real like I’ve been the last week sooo good staying in my calorie limit and today I literally just ate all the calories I burned the week before, which means I’m at the start again. Yay
