i'm still thinking about that post i reblogged earlier about art and wanting attention/connection and i really do think, personally, that having three friends who genuinely love your art and will tell you details they like is more meaningful and desirable than 100,000 followers who interact silently. if im confident in my art now, it's because i was lucky enough to have small groups of friends who encouraged me and helped me get there when i was mega-demoralized in my art

Do you go to cons or cosplay parties?
Hey babe! I may go to a convention if I'm motivated to go, or urged by a friend. I usually go to comic cons, anime cons, and may visit a furry con to link up with people I've known for a good while. I also enjoy meeting new people at cons as well :3 and hopefully they'll wanna meet me too. Although, I've never been to a cosplay party before - I wonder how that's like.

I can say that I rarely offer commission work, but there are times I might have the urge take a slot or two, depending on my circumstances and motivations at particular times during the year. And if I do, I always announce when I'm planning on opening up for slot; I may announce it first on my ✨bluesky ✨first before tumblr though since I'm more active there than tumblr. But I freakin love to see black oc x canon ships, like, inject that into my veins please?
