LET ME HOP ON MY SOAPBOX REAL QUICK

Okay I’m still obsessed with Pokémon: Legends Arceus and I am so very very in love with Adaman and the Diamond and Pearl Clans and Irida and Adaman

I wanted to redesign Adaman’s Leafeon to be more like him because of the whole “Eevee can begin to resemble their trainers stuff” but I more so just made a Leafeon more adapted to the Mirelands where the Diamond Clan live

So I made a cooler-toned Leafeon to match with Adaman’s blue hair and pronouns and gave it a sootfoot root to replace its leafy tail

Also gave it Adaman’s brown eyes and made its head leaf swoop down like that one strand of hair Adaman has

I like it but I’m definitely not at all accustomed to a more Pokémon art style and will definitely be experimenting on how to adapt it more to my style

Uh yeah probably expect more Pokémon: LA stuff, I’m replaying the game and can feel the hyper fixation setting in

Dovewing my beloved why did the authors do you so dirty?? I guess her relationship with Tigerheartstar is a lot sweeter than we get to see with other relationships but…??? He’s a stinky little Tiger clone with the attitude to match, why why why would this sweet girl fall for him?!?

I like to headcannon that Darkstripe was Brindleface’s mate and Ash and Fern’s dad but he broke up with Brindle and abandoned his kids when Brindle adopted Cloudkit

Spottedleaf has so much going on I feel like and so much of her we only see after she’s dead 🤦 I wish we could see more of her being alive that isn’t SPOTTEDLEAF’S HEART THAT EVIL EVIL BOOK. We didn’t need anymore reason to dislike Thistleclaw!! And it makes her apparent love for Firestar so much creepier!!!

The fact that Spotted and her sisters Leopardfoot and Willowpelt were all at one point with dramatically older toms makes me seriously sad LEAVE THAT LITTLE GUY ALONE!!!

Anyways I also think her famously sweet scent comes from her keeping flowers and flower petals in her fur 💅
