Read the information. This SPECIFICALLY says amphetamine medications. There are non-amphetamine ADHD medications.  It’s better to state it as: “Vitamin C may completely neutralize amphetamine based ADHD medications.” It depends on the level of Vitamin C you take as well as the dosage of amphetamine. If you’re taking the vitamins at night, it sounds like the impact will be minimal if you take your ADHD med first thing in the morning. This is kind of a summary of the actual information, so I advocate checking with your psychiatrist & pharmacist first. @typhsara (tagging in case you missed the bit about what kinds of ADHD meds are impacted the most by vitamin C. It was easy to miss. Though you may have seen it, it’s still a really good little thing to reblog).
