Am I the only one getting similar vibes between this clip of Eddie and Buck, and this clip of Alex and Henry from Red, White & Royal Blue?

Like similar lighting, similar atmosphere, similar them having a moment in their own little bubble with everyone still partying around them.

I’m surprised the Buddie fandom doesn’t joke about the “I think I wanna have your baby” line in “Whatta Man” as if Eddie didn’t make Buck one of Chris’s parents.

Thinking about how Eddie’s eyes never leave Buck. And how at the bachelor party, when they’re sitting so close and hitting each others drinks, Eddie’s eyes don’t fray from Buck. He looks him up and down before they lean in and it’s making me so unhinged. That man, when inhibited clearly acts on what he’s been repressing for years. And that’s getting his full of Buck in all his glory.

Also, I honestly love this story we're getting that the ocean spirit is the gentle one, nurturing the costal city, while the spirit of the earth and green is the one ready to choke the life out of anyone and anything in her path to her husband. It feels like a twist on the angry/uncaring ocean spirit vs gentle mother nature in a really fun way. And I know people don't affect spirits here in the same "as above, so below" mythos of Fantasy High, but it makes SO much sense for a city that relies on the sea for it's survival with trade and fishing ect to view the sea spirit as gentle and giving, while also viewing the spirit over the ever encroaching weeds as something vindictive to be fought against.

hi hi! is it just me, or are the flashes of the bachelor party from the promo going in reverse? it looks like the cork goes back in the bottle, ryan's shirt sleeves actually are going back on? i'm guessing it's from the way they're going to tell the story in the episode?

I find it very odd that they are focusing so much on Buck and Eddie during the Bachelor Party sequence in EVERY SINGLE PROMO 😶 Like Chimney has so many other male figures in his life that should realistically be present at his bachelor party…bobby, ravi, albert, tommy, his friend from Chicago, even Mr Lee perhaps but noooo…let’s put up a homoerotic montage of Buck and Eddie getting drunk and taking their clothes off throughout the night 😭😭😭

Ive seen most people on twitter saying they do not want to wait until season 9 or 10 for Buddie to get together. So that made me curious
