i had a really good idea that if i just figured out where the post office my mom keeps telling me is in walking distance is then i could get a p.o. box and use that to avoid the issue of my mail just refusing to appear at my door and instead dissolving out of existence. and i could finally stop having to send all my mail to my mom who like has a job and can't relay my mail efficiently. but then when i checked there is literally not a single p.o. box available at that post office :( only ones that are like 3 miles away which i would probably still need someone to drive me there so i wouldn't get lost in the most unwalkable area ever conceptualized and die forever. Which at that point this would just be me paying to still have to wait for my mom to have time to get my mail for me which solves nothing

I think my external hard drive is corrupting. Which means I have to spend like 100+ dollars on a new one now, as well as dentist bills, and everything else in the world

it kind of actually sucks having some sort of disease that makes me read wiki pages and stuff for everything including things i've never engaged with before because then years later i'll be like "Ohh i think i want to check out this thing known for having a bunch of surprising things happen in it But it won't work because I read the tvtropes page for this when I was 10 years old and already know everything major that happens even though i have no reason at all to have held onto this information" I've lost so much of my life to this. So many moments of whimsy and surprise destroyed before they could even have a chance to occur. It's sad.

there's some kind of horrible demon compelling me to try to make soap but i can't do that i don't think i have room in my house to juggle the ingredients for even the easy baby form of that . And it costs money to do this activity. And my mail doesn't show up

one of my 3d models keeps sporadically getting notes lately and i keep thinking i need to like try to heavily edit it to make it actually decent but i don't remember what i decided i had learned to do that first made me think i needed to do this. It surely wasn't uv unwrapping. It may have been something to do with weight painting? I just remembered I never gave that poor dog actual eyes

a power outage is happening that is so strange theyre calling a plumber about it for some reason

ok well turning off shadowplay got my monitor to turn off after 15 minutes but the computer itself still doesn't enter sleep mode for some reason, so i guess these must have somehow been unrelated. Which doesn't make any sense. But at least I guess I don't have the screen going full brightness all night which is better.
