I really hope in my lifetime that the drivers license renewal also comes with a retest.
#there is seriously no logical reason I can think of as to why#we#as a society#have to pay the#DMV#every couple of years just to get a picture retaken#but also not actullay test if we’re capable of driving#and don’t tell me#that there’s not enough people willing to test someone else’s driving#because you can not only send me a letter saying i’m needed for#jury duty#but can also jail me for not attending the jury#it should be the same exact process#and i’ll be so damn happy to sit in the passenger seat and be the decider if said individual should have a license or not#we are to advanced as a society#to have 70 year old people on the roads#who got tested for the ablility to drive at 17#it’s literally proven BY THE FUCKING HOUR#that one test is just not enough#talking
