Environmental changes are slowly starting to progress within supermarkets, but the change is too slow. Too make drastic and quick changes the government need to enforced new regulations by law ‘to ban virgin plastics altogether’ so reusing plastics is what we all just have to do.
Keeping fruit and veg ect..prices the same as they are when wrapped by virgin plastic is also important so that everyone can afford to be environmental.

This dress id 85% cotton 15% recycled polyester. The combination of Polyester and cotton combine creates strong lasting material however at the end of its life it can not be recycled as easily as ours cotton or pure Polyester.
this is something that I have thought about as a designer, and a reason to not mix the two materials.However I do love the dress and the ethos behind it.
