As the chime settled Zagan looked up at it, watching the colors it cast as the sun shown though the glass. After a moment he finally looked away from the chime, turning his attention onto Paimon.

He was a bit surprised as she suddenly lit up at the simple sight of the small bird. When she glanced toward him he held himself taller, making himself look as proper as he could. Really if his parents knew how he'd acted around her already they'd be far from happy and complain how he wasn't acting 'how a prince should.'

"They're attracted to my flowers, their favorites are these bright red ones that look like trumpets a bit." he said, guessing that's where the bird was going off to now. "They are. There was one once, it go so fat it couldn't fly so it just sat around and kinda walked everywhere. I'm glad you enjoy the smell of the flowers."

Paimon stood by with the chime while he stepped up onto the stool. When it was hung, the pieces clinked briefly as they settled. It glinted briefly in the sunlight, casting colors along the ground. It would be a good spot for it. It fit in nicely with everything, making everything seem a bit more like home. They had many different chimes hanging there, the sound of them always did well to comfort her.

When the humming bird came by, fast as the wind, wings beating quickly, it’s long beak pointed out, Paimon lit up. She glanced toward Zagan when he mentioned them, taking it to mean that they were frequent visitors. 

“How cute,” she chimed. “We used to attract them with red sugar water.” she mused, watching as the small bird zipped off to it’s next location, looking for a flower to feed from. “They must love the flowers here. I’m sure they’re well fed. It all smells so nice.”

Zagan was still for a moment, looking at the child as he turned and looked at him, lifting his hand up he waved to him when the other smiled.
