Love is not heavy. It is not a weight or a burden. It is not heavy it physically is light - it flows freely and easily like a breeze of air.. Yet we as humans can not seem to get this through our head.

We as humans are forever taking on more than we can handle. In one form or another. We put ourselves In harm's Way emotionally, mentally and physically...often all In the name of Love.

In the very name of Love we do it wrong over and over again. Maybe it's part of our programming. How and what we have been taught, seeing or shown throughout our entire life. What We identify with as love. We take on responsibility & weights. We try to control every little Factor within our situation. For the sake of whom we care for. Because indeed we do care so greatly for them.

Yet as humans unfortunately. it's as if our programming believes that the weight we carry - defines our love. We just keep stacking it on, more pieces of wood to the pile (so to speak). We slumber in it, nest, cradle and wrap ourselves up in it. Like it's a blanket to protect us. Weighed down in the heart of it with our hearts bleeding and crying...for it.

All For the sake of love.

THIS IS NOT LOVE. I mean sure. Yes we have responsibilities and duties that we do have to deal with on a day-to-day daily basis. We do live in a three-dimensional world after all. But unfortunately we hold on to that weight, we consume it. As if we love and cherish it personally. We exhaust our mind body and soul for the false idea of what we continuously create in our minds as love. THIS IS NOT LOVE We sacrifice everything over and over again for it. While it weighs us down and drains us of all our soul has to give. Because in fact THIS IS EGO AND ITS NEED TO CONTROL OUR NOW..THIS MOMENT. This is not love, it is wrong and harming to ourselves to not realize this.

Just like the song says.

What is love ...baby don't hurt me...no more . What is love?

WE HAVE TO LEARN AND TEACH OURSELVES - TO RECOGNISE & SEE WHEN WE ARE HARMING OURSELVES FOR THE FALSE OF LOVE. We have to teach ourselves better about what love is and break the habits of what love is not.

So we can be better to ourselves as well as others. You have to sometimes let go to be free.
