so umm just chiss OC with albinism real quick because i still like my old h/c that explains how chiss can also be different and have different races like people do

he's a researcher working for vault four and studying stuff from other cultures (but actually he's just a funny guy)

the h/c, if anyone interested (i've melted new and old canons here):

1. i don't really know about csilla so much but let's pretend that in the pre-space era there were two kinds of chiss: the one lived on the surface and the other lived underneath the ice. the second tribes lived in a very difficult environment, so all this thousands of years they were focused on survival, on keeping their traditions and myth rather then on progress or technologies. also because they hadn't had enough light they had lighter skin, colourless hair and eyes.

2. the 'surface' chiss were progressing instead. they reached space and started to colonize other planets (and this is why most of the chiss nowadays have blue skin and dark hair and 'colourless' chiss are rare). but in this deep ages not only chiss civilization existed in the unknown regions. chiss were spotted by empire of zakuul.

3. force - sensitive individual was treated differently in both zakuul and chiss cultures. so when chisses became part of empire's colonies they gave it resources and economical/political support, but they didn't give it their gifted girls and most important technologies. all of this was hidden back on csilla, under the ice surface. they had to make an agreement with their (can i say albinos? it fits) relatives, they shared technologies with them and married on them. this is how new chiss aristocracy was born.

4. but later on, when zakuul empire was gone, the chiss society had a hard time returning peace and order to chiss domination. noble families were fighting between each other, new houses raised, some old blooded houses was forgotten and some decided to take a step back to survive.

4. so now albinos chiss is an unusual thing to see, it's eather some random distant relative of those families, or straight up government agent no one knows about

4. gold was the daughter of a noble house and she was gifted too. according to chiss politics she should've been hidden and raised in a place where zakuul empire wouldn't find her. but she escaped to empire herself cuz she didn't want to be caged, no, she wanted to be knowledgeable and powerful, more powerful than her not - gifted relatives

5. after a years in zakuul she became famous as a genius witch and alchemist. the emperor supported her researches about how to make more force - sensitive chiss (aka new instruments and soldiers), but gold had no plan to share. so when empire became unstable cuz of inner events - gold left it.

6. in her journey she became a mother for twins - alb'edo and nirg'edo. only this two kids managed to survive in her body that was modified with technologies and dark magic. gold wanted her sons to be force sensitive too, so she made some experiments.

7. nigr'edo hadn't survived it (he was *spoiler*), on the other side alb'edo really became what his mother wanted. but alb'edo had not enough hate to his mother and couldn't use dark side properly. for gold it was wasted potential. so one day she left him and from this point alb'edo didn't see her again.

8. after short time he decided to go back to the chiss and continue his mother's researches, and maybe this would finally made mother proud of him.

9. when he reached the chiss domination, the empire of zakuul already was a a history: by modifying herself and her kids, gold achieved very long life but lost the sense of time. but the chiss still didn't know why only girls usually are gifted with the force, so alb'edo still has some work :)

Вообще я не знаю, изучал ли StarWarsCartographer аспекты существования Кро-Вара и Агбуи, но я ещё во время соединения его карт и работы с государствами, поймала иронию.

Кто такие Создатели Кро-Вара? Это выжившие чувствительные к Силе на данной планете, которые обуздали одно из необычных направлений по владению Силой — это преобразование умений в способности управлять огнём, землёй, водой или ветром. Собственно, это мини-планета Аватара (Легенда об Аанге), но в ДДГ. Жители данной планеты действительно используют Силу только в разрезе управления основными элементами, а вот всех тех, кто учится использовать Силу на ментальном уровне (телекинез и прочие неосязаемые фокусы) они считают низменными и недостойными. [Легенды]

Кто такие Агбуи? Это раса, чьей особенностью является способности считывать эмоции других через прикосновения и через прикосновения влиять на волю и решения тех, к кому они прикасаются. Они умелые манипуляторы, и в свете их способностей те ещё опасные соперники. [Канон]

И для меня становится ироничным соседство Кро-Вара, ненавидящих умельцев по неосязаемому использованию Силы, с ментальными манипуляторами Агбуи.

Собственно, я пометила Кро-Вар как автономную область в зоне влияния Агбуи, ибо планета Создателей Кро-Вара находится аккурат в треугольнике планет ментальной расы. И думаю, единственная причина, по которой Агбуи фактически не завоевали Кро-Вар — это потому как элементные чувствительные к Силе точно отточили способности к уничтожению ментально-направленных чувствительных к Силе.

Потому на бумагах Кро-Вар вроде зона влияни Агбуи, а по факту… автономная область. А скорее Кро-Вар и вовсе вполне считает себя отдельным государством-планетой.

Но это прямо идеальное для расписывание даже фонового конфликта или его упоминания.
