Rey Mysterio Jr VS Psicosis

I am so not normal about the Pentagon gimmick being cursed but Pentagon Jr not caring about no curse and making the idea of having zero fear his whole thing.

THIS IS LIKE MY FAVOURITE FACT IN WRESTLING.

Mysterio, Guerrero, Malenko, Juventud, Psycosis were all leagues better than the people WCW were putting in the main event. With good booking, any one of them could have been a main eventer seriously.

As you can guess from my pfp, I like the Halloween Havoc '97 Mysterio/Guerrero match.

And one of the most interesting things about it is that Rey was originally booked to lose the match and his mask by WCW. But Mysterio fought against this idea and was able to get the finish changed under the condition he lost his mask later on down the line because why make money on merch sales.

Now I don't know if Eddie Guerrero would have wanted to unmask Rey, but I feel like he wouldn't. And although him losing the mask sucked, at least we got this absolute gem.
