Hi! My name is Lucius Liu (DOB 06/21/90). I am of Sino-Tibetan-Roman heritage: I was born in Neijiang, China; I have lived in Dan Ba, Beijing, Sheffield, England (where my father earned his PhD), Brighton, NY and now call West Hartford, CT, USA my home (having attended Braeburn Elementary, Sedgwick Middle, Conard High School and UConn). Growing up, my dream was to become an MD-PhD and help my family rise out of poverty. I now work as a cook and coach; furthermore, I own a number of companies based off of work that I did in college (Please visit: kidcondo-blog.tumblr.com, jr-huskies-blog.tumblr.com, uctcs.tumblr.com and athletefoodmagazine-blog.tumblr.com) where I learned about the ramifications of the offshoring of the steel and automobile industries - formerly, the main engines of the American middle class; my goal is to shift the economy to a service-based model rooted in preventive medicine and project-based learning - herein, instituting districts and building supply chains conducive to all elements of human growth and potential - especially health and creativity, from early age. I am preparing for admission into United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School where I hope to develop the leadership ability to accomplish this. This project is dedicated to my late mentor Sean Carles who was a music industry executive.
