a chill sunday before i leave for home tomorrow! did some last-minute shopping and cleaned my dorm room :) i’m so happy to be going home cause i just want some good food and naps hehe i mean i guess i already do that here, but something is a lil different hehe

12/22/2019 - Sunday

woke up and ft’ed val :) then got up and cleaned my room

did my laundry

took a lil nap

took a shower and got ready to leave for shopping

went to shibuya to shop; went to loft and seibu

stopped and got lunch at hikarie shinqs i just bought some bibimbap

picked up gifts for auntie, grandma, mia, and the giammonas

headed back to the station and stopped at kinokuniya supermarket and got melonpan and houjicha milk DELICIOUS!!

walked back home and now i’m fting val :)

today was a pretty chill day and i’m glad to be all done with packing and shopping :) i’m ready to go home!!

went to disney sea today for magsia’s 20th birthday!! unfortunately, we had to go a little later in the day cause i had japanese class, but we still had lots of fun and were able to explore the entire park!

12/21/2019 - Saturday

woke up a lil early and ft’ed val :) then got ready for class

went to class and took the dokai test and was not at all present in class cause i was just so ready to go to disney sea

went back to dorm, got food at seven, ate and tripped up the stairs on the way up :(

then met up with magsia downstairs and we headed to disney sea!

we got there and watched a show and we were a little confused cause everything was in english LOL but it was still a great lil christmas show!

then we headed to journey to the center of the earth ride; it was a 130 minute wait and we passed the time playing charades

went on the ride and OMG I DIDN’T REMEMBER IT BEING THAT BIG OF A DROP

we went to go grab a snack after and just walked around! magsia got the tiramisu ice cream sammie and i got a pizza tipo torta and it wasn’t bad! very flaky and definitely not what i was expecting

then we checked out raging spirits and saw that it had a loop and said nope!

then went to the little mermaid area and walked around and made our way back to see the fantasmic show

watched the fantasmic show and then walked around to find food and ended up at this lil diner next to the tower of terror

magsia had fried chicken and i had a roast beef shrimp sammie; also very interesting,,,

then we went on the toy story mania ride and had so much fun!!

the park was slowly closing by this point, so we YEETED ourselves all the way over to agrabah and i bought val a baymax puppet!

went back to the main street and shopped around; stopped at the confectionary store and magsia bought some chocolate!

then we headed back to the dorms cause disney was closing :(

definitely a trip to remember!! it was so much fun and we were both having such a good time! there were definitely a lot of parts of the that i had never seen before or remember :) i can’t wait to be back again cause the tickets really aren’t that expensive! so glad i was able to celebrate magsia’s 20th with her!!

today i have taken two naps :) it’s that kind of day where i just do whatever the fuck i want. i’m pmsing hella and feel my period comingggg. i’m excited for tomorrow cause i actually have to get shit done and go out, so i’m gonna have a better day where i am productive

12/19/2019 - Thursday

woke up at 7:04am, ft’ed val, and then got ready for class

ate brekkie and went to kanji class

had a fairly boring class and then went to seven to buy lunch

ate lunch and then took a nap

went to contemporary korean class and it was really interesting to talk about the gender differences in korea

came back to dorm, ft’ed val and her psis, played some loz, and took a nap

now i’m awake and not entirely what to do with the rest of my night!

today was alright. just a normal day and i ate some good food. now i’m not entirely sure what i want to eat or what i want to do.

today was a lot better than yesterday and i found that i had a lot more energy later in the day :) while some parts of it were kind of difficult, i also made a decision to not go out with friends tonight and be productive and i honestly don’t regret it because i’m having fun by myself!

12/18/2019 - Wednesday

got up at 7:03am and ft’ed val

got ready for class and first dipped for the conbini cause i had NO food to eat, so i bought some yogurt and frozen fruit

ate brekkie, did my quizlet and went to japanese

had a good japanese class, then went to my lil gay lunch, which was also nice

i was a lil fidgety during the lunch cause i was nervous, but everyone was so kind and nice!

went back to dorm to just lay and relax before class

should’ve taken a nap and eaten more food cause i was so drained and dead in japonism

got my midterm back and got a 70 :( i’m sad

stopped at ineya to try a bento for dinner; got the komachi and it was pretty good! THERE’S SO MUCH FRUIT OMGGGG

chilled at dorm and got all my hw done!! FINALLY GOT MYSELF TO DO IT OMGGGG

now i’m just gonna chill and wait for val to get home, so i can ft her hehe

i’m feeling really good right now and i’m glad i chose to stay inside just cause i think i needed a recharge from everything. almost done with the week!! canNOT WAIT!!

today was a ~garbage~ day :( it was tough and i’m writing from the day after cause it was so difficult for me to do anything. the weather really got me down and i just got really sad and stayed most of my afternoon in my room just laying and crying.

12/17/2019 - Tuesday

got up and felt alright, made brekkie, and just chilled

went back to sleep until 10:30am and then went to the gym (leggies!)

felt really rushed and wasn’t able to finish my sets and workouts cause i didn’t want to be late to class :( so left the gym early and then got ready for class and stopped at the conbini for lunch

went to class and was focused, but got really sad in the middle

went  to the bookstore and bought grandpa’s hat

texted grandma, which was nice :)

went back to my dorm and tried to be productive; did my quizlets, but then kind of gave up

talked to moogan and psis, but then just stopped my homework and moved to my bed, which was a big mistake

laid down and went to sleep from 6-8pm, then ft’ed val and then just went to sleep

it was not the best of days at ALL. there was so much that i needed to get done, but the weather had really fucked me up and i’m just a lil stressed from all the gifts that i need to still get,,,

weeehooo another day! didn’t write yesterday because i really did nothing and i figured it wasn’t too important to post cause i stayed in my room all day and slept :) BUT TODAY!! was rather productive and i’m quite happy with the day i’ve had today

12/16/2019 - Monday

got up and went to japanese! we just worked on our ppt and it was a pretty chill class; it was nice cause i didn’t really have to learn LOL my brain needs a rest

went back to dorm, made some lunch and ft’ed val :) then took a lil nap!

while fting val i also got to say hi to jenna too!

woke up from nap, went to gym and it was fairly good! i felt myself getting a lil stronger as increased weight for some of my exercises

got back and dove straight into hw; i’ve been pretty productive and i’m fting val, jenna, and branden! it’s been pretty nice just cause we’re all kinda doing our own things too

soon i’m gonna go out to sushi with christina and her bf chris! i’m excited!! and i’m also hungry

today was pretty productive and i’m excited for tomorrow cause i have a lot of free time too, so i’ll be able to get a lot done! might be able to go shopping too!

woke up to my alarm at 7:04am and called val :) fell back asleep and woke up again at 8:30am i laid in bed for a while

got ready and went to japanese class; took a grammar quiz and didn’t do too well on it :(

came back to dorm, ate lunch, and then took a nap

woke up, went to the gym (deads and abs!)

stopped by seven and bought some rice, went back to dorm, made dinner

watched some youtube and now i’m fting val!

it’s been a real chill day and it’s been nice to just relax, but tomorrow i will actually go to the library and get work done OOP

did lots of christmas shopping today!! i spent the entire day with yuki and it was really nice because we just took our time and shopped all day! and then we finished the day in shin okubo with some KFC YUMMY

12/13/2019 - Friday

took my time in the morning and ft’ed val :) 

made some brekkie and got ready for shopping! left around 11:30am

first went to shibuya parco to the anime/video game floor! yuki was really excited to see the pokemon store! stopped at shonen jump (got a free stamp!), capcom, pokemon, and just explored! i got isaac a lil keychain from montser hunter; we really wanted to go to the nintendo store, but it was a 90 minute wait,,, so we said SIKE

went downstairs to bait and bought ahjushi a shirt! i hope he likes it :) at first i was going to get him the felix the cat hat, but it wasn’t great quality, so i decided just to get him the special shirt from shibuya

stopped at muji and bought some toner and branden some muji pens! and checked out their sale section; they had a lot of stuff!!

went to sunshine city from shibuya parco and went to the main pokemon mega center, which was big, but not as big as i thought it would be! bought two lil dittos for val and biggo :)

heard some live music and it was cute and went to a bookstore and kiddyland! we didn’t explore too much cause i was a lil tired, so we just went to our stores and then back upstairs to tokyu hands

bought some craft goods at tokyu hands and now i’m going to make a lil kewpie jesus as the tokyo ornament HAH

stopped in takadanobaba to try one of yuki’s favorite kfc restaurants, but they were closed for another event, so we went to their other location and they were full too, so then we went back to hoshien, dropped our bags off, and then walked to shin okubo

walked to shin okubo and went to yuki’s FAVORITE FAVORITE kfc restaurants and it was pretty good! they were playing kpop shows hehe

for dessert we went to caesar cafe, which we found out was a kpop STAN cafe and i had some cheesecake and yuki had banana milk tea boba

then we stopped at a kpop store and looked around yuki ended up getting a sticker

got back to the dorm and then schlumped! it was a great day and i got to know yuki a lil bit more! was super successful and buying gifts and i spent A LOT of money, but it was lowkey therapeutic :) i can’t wait to give these gifts to my family and friends!

another chill day! i forgot to post for yesterday, but there wasn’t much that i did besides class, hw, and ft val :) and that’s basically how today went as well!

12/11/2019 - Wednesday

ended up being rather productive and went grocery shopping, studied at the library, ate a proper meal, vacuumed my room, and started packing for home!

went to japanese class, but i skipped japonism cause,,, no particularly good reason :( but i went to the gym instead and had a nice good workout!

went to library and ft’ed val while i studied :) ended up getting quite a lot done and i am proud hehe

the next couple of weeks are gonna be rather chill and i’m can’t wait to be back home and with family!! FOOD THAT I WON’T HAVE TO MAKE HEHEHE i also realized that the next week and a half i will probably put minimal effort into all my schoolwork LMAO cause i am just at THAT point in the semester i am so DONE and just want feb and march to come cause i’ll just be traveling and having fun ALL I WANT SOON THOUGH!!

12/9/2019 - Monday

skipped class :/ i hate myself i didn’t miss much, but i know i’m gonna be lost when i come in next week

went to the gym and worked out! it was a good workout and i’m excited to go back tomorrow!

went to chat noir cafe to work on my abstract and annotated bibliography. i got most of it done and i just need to cite one more source tomorrow morning and i’ll be ready!

came back, ft’ed val, ate, and finished up more work!

it was a fairly productive day! all i need to do now is clean my entire room and plan my week and i’ll be all good! 🙃

travel dayyy our flight was at 2:40pm, but just to be safe we left early around 10:30am and we got through with lots of time to spare, but it was nice just to be early!

12/8/2019 - Sunday

woke up and went to buffet for brekkie, then checked out

went to the airport and going theough everything went by so fast

i was hungry, so i got a guava smoothie at jamba juice in the food court and then we walked to our gate

sat for around an hour before boarding and then got on the flight

it was a short flight only about 2 hrs. 25 min., but we got food and i watched a corpse bride

landed and at first magsia and i struggled to find the right train to take, but we found it! i was getting kinda cranky cause i was tired and just wanted to be home, but we made it back to hoshien around 9pm! i ft’ed val and then went to bed!

just another travel day and those are always the worst caude i just get so anxious and grumpy. i like to do them by myself and it’s always hard for me to travel with someone else,,,

second full day in taiwan!! we went to taipei 101, tried some apparently michelin starred food, then went to longshan temple and went around the area, went to an underground touristy shopping area, and stumbled upon a flea and night market! it was a pretty exciting day and we also went on a lil fried chicken spree :)

12/7/2019 - Saturday

went to taipei 101 and looked around the entire mall. it was huge and beautifully built! they even had a lil christmasy area all decorated and everyone was taking pictures there

ate at kam’s roast, which was honestly okay even though it’s been given michelin stars multiple years in a row, BUT their vinegar garlic cucumber WAS SO GOOOD

bought my lao gan ma :)

went to longshan temple and explored the area there was a lot going on and there were a lot of places where i could buy snacks in bulk, so i did!

found a little historical area and got some free stickers!

kept walking around and found a flea/night market and bought a dad shirt for 100TWD. also, played a lil pinball game, but had no idea how to play, but still had fun!

went back to the hotel to drop stuff off and then went on a fried chicken hunt AND shopping hunt!

tried popcorn chicken at mcds and kfc, then got sweet potato fries at TKK. KFC = #1 cause it was spicy and wa so flaky!! it was so good and so CHEAP!! i’m gonna have to try japan kfc and see if they do their popcorn chicken like that

shopped at taipei main station and got a bunch of gifts for family and friends!

overall pretty good day and i was able to buy what i needed! got to see more locals doing local things and get some things for a good price!

WOAHHH such a busy day, but so much fun!! this day lowkey felt like multiple days all combined together cause we had done so much

12/6/2019 - Friday

went to our asian brekkie buffet! pretty good and so much food and i only saw the fruit once i was full :(

first headed to camera street to get film for the trip, but we ended up spending some time looking at the K Underground Mall at taipei main station. i bought a new cool jacket!! it’s denim and purple and pink lowkey kinda ugly but i love it

took the train to camera street and bought some film! :) walked around and bought val’s grizz keychain and a postcard to send!

took the bus to jiuofen and it was so packed!! there were so many tourists and it was pouring rain and really windy, but it was beautiful!! i got really carsick on the way down and almost yakked, but we good! jiuofen had a lot of cute lil shops and i ate some fried king oyster mushroom and had some mango black tea boba 😋🤤

after done in jiuofen, we went back to taipei city and went to ningxia night market to get some food! i got danbing with cheese and magsia got some beef. food was delicious and cheap!! and then i got some freshly made guava juice mmm

it was such a busy say and i got a lot of lil souvenirs! i wish it was a lil bit better weather in jiuofen, but i still had a lot of fun!! hopefully i got some good pictures on my camera, but most of the time the lens was wet, so i really don’t know

4 MONTHS WITH VAL!!! we ft’ed for much of the day and just hung out with each other it was pretty nice :)

met up with qinny at tokyo station to take the narita express to the airport we had to quickly part ways cause we are in different terminals

arrived in taiwan, met up with magsia and it was raining hella

bought a poncho at familymart and went to lioning street night market, but it was closed HAH so we stopped back at familymart and grabbed some snacks!

can’t wait to see what taiwan has to offer and i’m super excited to EAT!!

12/4/2019 - Wenesday

went to shibuya, bought letter paper at loft and then went to eat okonomiyaki. it was delicious! and i got to flip it too! then qinny and i went to look for the new pokemon store, but we accidentally went to shibuya scramble when it was actually in shibuya parco. we went back to shibuya parco, checked out the pokemon store and bait! i definitely need to go back to just explore!!

stopped at a cafe for dessert and i had a delicious cremia cheesecake dessert nummy :) qinny had a waffle with berries and cookies and cream ice cream

grabbed a bento from school and went to the lgbtq+ center for a cute lil lunch! it was so chill and i felt really comfortable! i can’t wait to get to know everyone a bit better! it’s gonna be a weekly thing, so i’m really excited for next week!

that was about all i can remember since i’m writing this a day late oop hehe but my g crossed too!! so i’m officially a g and my litto is a biggo!! they seem like such a cool class and i can’t wait to officially meet them in feb/march!

it was a very productive day today!! :) it was great! i did have a lil fight with val though cause i was being super unreasonable and i feel really bad about that cause i literally had no reason at all to be angry,,, :(

12/3/2019 - Tuesday

finally went back to the gym! it was heavy lift day!! so i got to deadlift and bench :) it felt so nice to be back at the gym. i need to work more on my self-discipline.

was supposed to present in my gender studies class, but she forgot, so now i get to present next week, which gives me more time to prep! hehe i think that will be better because i can practice more!

did my laundry! now i have clean clothes and because this was the first thing i did in the morning i felt SUPER productive!

took qinny out for suke sushi and we ate A LOT of sushi!! she really loved it and we got taiyaki after for dessert :) it was delicious mmmm

finally got my prescription, but it’s not gonna work here because the highest dosage that they have in japan is only 500mg, when i take 750s, so i’ll need to update momma on this.

ft’ed val and learned some ASL :) i will be practicing from now on hehe

it was a fairly good day besides val and i’s lil fight, but other than that it was a pretty good day! i can’t wait to be more productive tomorrow and actually get some homework done OOP

went to teamlab borderless with qinny today!! IT WAS SO COOL!! i got to see so many cool rooms and i love how interactive everything is!! we spent a good 3-4 hours there BAH so worth it, though omg

12/2/2019 - Monday

went to class and met up with qinny after :) we went to otoboke for some curry for lunch and then went to teamlab! it was POURING, so luckily we were inside for most of the time

i could go on forever about teamlab, but basically it was amazing and i  have so many pictures of the place. it was gorgeous and it was such an ethereal experience. because the entire building is dark and the only lights come from the pictures, my entire knowledge of time was askew LOL also, qinny got a free ticket!! that was pretty nice!

finished up and got a melon pan ice cream at family

headed to baba to hanbeya to eat a lil bit of dinner and have some drinks! tried some new drinks and had some fun!

walked back to dorm and ft’ed val :) then fell asleep

it was a GREAT DAY!! i really miss home and it was so great to see qinny and i’ll be seeing her for the next couple of days too hehe i’m so excited!!
