ok can I say something. I was reading slop on purpose the other night and someone wrote Ronald Reagan Iran Contra Scandal apologia into their dubcon ukus fanfic and it wasn't a small part of the fic. It was kind of the whole b plot??? and the a plot was arthur drugging him. Also op was apparently alive enough to remember the hostages being "rescued" by the Reagan admin. Isn't the human experience so vast and amazing. Published in the past 5 years btw.

also they do the hre/Gilbert dies storyline by using a giant storybook that they literally turn the pages of during the play and when I tell you one of the most heartwrenching moments is like Mario party 4 mini game bookworm with grown ass men crying.......
I also love how much of a piece of shit feli is in the musical. Like he's way more of an oblivious self centered ass than in canon lmao.

does anyone fuck with hetamyu.. I've been dying to talk about hetamyu. why did they go so hard on characterization for a goofy ass stage play musical. What the fuck. also everyone look at lud joan of arc with me :)
#when they had Alfred and Lud do drag.............and lud was Marie Antoinette.....#And Alfred was maria theresa...........#I feel like they also make Alfred and Arthur's relationship so much more . Fleshed out ? And weird . God#The amount of times those two just have this unsettling aura together on stage is not small .#Oh and lud um. Well he has a whole hre arc where that gets. Canonized btw .
