In 2024 I kinda stopped watching cr. No reason, guess I got into other stuff and lost interest (you know how hyperfixations are). Because of that I have some unfinished drawings that will probably never finish, but that I still somewhat like so I wanna post them anyway. These are all from 2022. (Click them for better quality)

This one I’m actually so sad I never finished :( It’s Fearne in art nouveau style heavily inspired by Mucha. Those flowers and leafs in her head look so good how did I do that

My little pony Imogen and Laudna, because of course. I wanted Laudna’s magic to look inky.

I’m pretty sure this is when Imogen first had a burst of her Ruidus powers and destroyed a whole street. The wings are made of magic.

I think campaign 3 just ended? So no better time than now to post these.

This is why I recommend people get XKit Rewritten. It’s an extension for your browser that has many tweaks for a better tumblr experience. With it you can make posts with tags you’ve blocked completely disappear from your dash!

I know this doesn’t solve the inherent problem on tumblr but at least it’s something.

Since this is the second time Pearl has talked about this on stream maybe a post explaining the tags is due.

Obviously I’m not gonna act like the fandom police, you tag how you want to tag, this is just for the people who are confused or new.

First of all: #shinyduo is the platonic tag, #gempearl is the shipping tag! (In most cases [blank]duo is for friendship while the blending of the names is shipping)

If you’re posting something and feel like it could be taken both ways, try to think how cc!Pearl or cc!Gem would feel if they saw it. Do you think they would be uncomfortable? Tag it with gempearl to be safe then, otherwise the shinyduo tag is enough. Besides those there’s the #hemitshipping tag for Hermitcraft and #trafficshipping for the life series (and I think #empiresshipping for empires?) USE THEM PLEASE

If you are posting something explicitly shippy maybe it’s better to not use the main tags (#pearlescentmoon, #geminitay, etc.)

I have seen fanart of the characters hugging tagged as shipping AND shipping fanart with the main tags like guys… cmon…how are we hitting both ends of the spectrum here.

Again these are not RULES just suggestions to better everyone’s tumblr experience :)

You guys don’t understand how proud I am of that last drawing I made. Like I never draw humans. I could never get them right and I just straight up didn’t enjoy drawing them. But idk something must have clicked in my brain with that drawing and now I can draw humans? Like I just can???? All of the sudden??????
