Welp, here it is, after a long time without posting a single artwork in this deserted land that I call “my tumblr”, I finally posted an artwork :) And it is an art trade with my boi @rule46redrex, I drew their character “Dethra”, a demon with tentacles as their limbs.

This was fun :) I hope I can draw more like this…. But perhaps I should consider doing a character that is actually clothed… o^o;;

Cyberpunk 2077 Concept Artworks

This little study artwork was made during class on 25/10/2018. The task consisted in copying the picture of the model on left in order to understand how shadow and light works on a painting. The subject I choose was "Marilyn Monroe", since it was the first thing that saw while looking for photo references. While this isn't time I've made an artwork in black and white, it is the first time I've done in form of a digital painting. So is possible to consider this being one of the kind for me. While I believe I managed to get the colors right which allowed me to understand shadows, I think I failed to paint the woman. I even feel like I managed to paint another person instead! This is a character design project that I'm currently working on. Focusing on creating a character from a fantasy who is a mix between rogue and knight archetypes. In this stage, I explored and played around with different ideas to create multiple designs that the character could take. This is a drawing that I have done for today's(23/10/2018) Dessin class, which I had to draw a bust of a statue. Unfortunately, I could only draw the back of the bust because I came to the class late, so there wasn't a lot of places for me to pick from other the back of the statue… so… thats why I drew this like that. But it was a nice experience nontheless, The only thing I have to be careful next time is to make sure to not let the drawings look too "white". I need to learn to increase the darkness of the pictures overall if I want to improve on this subject matter.
