Morning Satifaction

I woke before my alarm, the room still dark and quiet, my body reacting to the warmth of yours beside me. I felt the familiar ache, hard as a rock, pressing against the sheets. You'd told me before-if I ever woke up like this, I could just slide into you, that you wouldn't mind, that it might even turn you on. But as l lay there, watching you sleep so peacefully, I couldn't bring myself to wake you right away.

Instead, I admired you, taking in every detail.
