♡ make a wand ──୨ৎ── but howw? well first pick a base for your wand like a stick, dowel, or anything that works!! then paint it if you want before adding maagic details like wrappin' a ribbon round the base, gluing on tiny gems, or drawing lil designs! then lastly...the top! glue a big star, heart, charm, etc. to the top! and if you wanna do a lil extra you can make up a fun spell for your wand, like “this wand brings happiness" or whateva you wan! or im pretty sure ive also seen already made star wands at places that you can just paint and add details to!༅

♡ sensory bottles ──୨ৎ── fill a clear bottle with glitter, beads, charms, whatever you wanna add!! and then add water to finish the sensory bottle!༅

♡ scratch offs ──୨ৎ── i mentioned these in my tips for littles without a cg post, but im mentioning them again!! they can be used as a reward system for yourself or you can put positive messages on them, whatever you want!! to make them you outline your scratch off on a piece of paper, so a star, circle, heart, box, etc!! and write what you want inside! then you put tape over it before mixing paint and dish soap together to paint onto the tap afteer youve placed it down! thats all! if i didn't do a good enough job explaining, there are lots of tutorials online too!!༅

♡ make a fish ──୨ৎ── get a paper plate and then cut a triangle out! then glue the triangle on the opposite side for the fin! you can get paper to make more fins to glue on as well! then color your fish!༅

♡ mini garden/terrarium ──୨ৎ── get a bowl or a flower pot and you can paint it if you wish!! then add some soil in grass or moss and thennn add cute lil decorations! you can add fairys, just lil characters, a mini house, anything! and even a real flower or smth! you could also do it in a mason jar and make it like a terrarium!༅

♡ juice popcicles ──୨ৎ── anotherr popular one, get an ice tray, pour juice in, and then add a popsicle stick, put in freezer over night, n boom!! juice popsicles!༅

♡ pom-pom popsicles ──୨ৎ── you can look up how to do this one too, but you just get a card, pom poms ofc, a popsicle stick, and some double sided tape, and cut out the card into a popsicle shape, glue it to the stick, then use the tape to add the pom poms! you might need some help with this one! but you can use your favorite colors, your flag colors, whatever you wana do!༅

oh how i yearn to be in an elementary school setting again. learning new things, going outside to play, going to the library, playing with toys you don't have at home, playing cool instruments, playing with the parachute in gym, rolling around on little colorful scooters, sitting at a desk with my name on it, eating snacks while being read a cool book, and naptimes... i miss it so bad

hiii!! I too am 16!! I discovered agere a few years back but I've been exploring it for the past few months. i was just wondering if u had any advice on labelling.
idk wether I'm just an age dreamer or wether I'm an age dreamer and regressor. I do feel a definite emotional change but idk if it counts because I am still able to do big things and think big thoughts, I just feel a lot less of them because I feel really small and little.
I joined a community but I left it the next day cos I didn't really feel like I fitted in. I use my agedre/agere to help with my anxiety and for fun and peace of mind and (without going into my whole life story lol) to imagine a male cg/father figure there.
hello lovely!! i know how you feel, labeling and figuring things out can be really hard, but heres my advice! first off, to figure out if its age regression or age dreaming the big main difference is age dreaming is a voluntary, controlled headspace, where someone is intentionally acting younger for reasons like comfort, aesthetics, nostalgia, or just for funsies, etc! on the other hand age regression is a headspace reverting to a younger mindset as a coping mechanism which is involentary and a not controlled headspace!
but if you feel sometimes you are age dreaming and other times you are age regressed, you can be both! you don't have to strictly only have one label!
you also mentioned you feel like there is a definite emotional change but you can still do big things and have bigger thoughts, im not labeling you but for my thoughts on that:
♡ you can be regressed to many ages and that could be you regressing just not to a very small headspace
or
♡ you could be half/semi regressed which is when an age regressor is partly in the mindset of a child, while still having the abilities and even some thoughts of an adult!!
lastly as for fitting in, i have felt that way too, but you fit in just fine, i promise!! everyones regression is different in some way but that doesn't make anyone less valid or less fitting in <3 i hope this helped!

your tips are so helpful and worded in such a way that’s easy for anyone to understand, thank you for taking the time to share these resources. i will say though that i would recommend not using the term ‘impure’ when referring to vent regression/regression as a result of trauma, since agere is about healing, not purity. the term ‘impure’ has made many members of the community feel ashamed of themselves for needing to regress to process their trauma, negative feelings, etc. so i suggest using the term ‘vent regression’ instead! /nf
hello!! this makes a lot of sense, tysm for making me aware of this!! as someone who experiences this i definitely should of been more aware of that, but i never put much thought into the wording "impure", but now that you say that i do see how that is very misleading & can make people feel ashamed, sorry if my wording did make anyone feel that way, no one should feel ashamed about that as it is not a shameful thing, again thank you for bringing this to my attention and i will change my wording!!

I see mentions of fictional caregivers a lot but how does it work? We think we might be interested but don't feel like we know enough about it :(

theres actually few ways it can work!!
to get a fictional cg you can pick a comforting character from a fandom you like and make them your caregiver or you can make an imaginary caregiver! like how some people have imaginary friends!
heres how some use them!
♡ journaling – writing letters or diary entries as if communicating with the caregiver is one way!
♡ roleplaying – just jmagine they are there when you r small and they r helping you n stuff!!
♡ fanfiction – writing stories abt them being a caregiver to you is another way!
♡ background info – for an imaginary cg you nake make a backstory for the caregiver, making their personality, give them a past, etc!
if you guys wanna try it out then try it out however you'd like! theres really not one correct way to have a fictional cg :3

So I read fanfiction a lot and in some fandoms I’ve noticed CGRE fanfictions being written and most seem fairly normal to me but I was just wondering if there are any red flags to be aware of when reading? I’m fairly knew to the whole CGRE/AGRE thing and was just a bit curious!!
thats a good question!! i also read those types of fanfics and some red flags i would look for are:
♡ forced dynamics - ive actually seen a lot of agre fics about someone forcing someone to regress and that isnt agre! it isnt agre because it removes choice, comfort and consent and regression should be a choice not smth you should be forced into if your uncomfortable with it! regression is rooted in comfort, so if it isnt or feels forced, unhealthy, or overly controlling thats a red flag
♡ not sfw - there is agere and then age play so if you're looking for agre fanfics and it has that not sfw tag, mentions age play, or has anything sexual hinting, red flag! cgre and agre are non-sexual!
♡ toxic cg behavior - if the cg is not respecting boundaries, is coming off as manipulative, overly possessive, dismissive of feelings, etc. red flag! it is romanticizing toxicity
