The March family is growing

Sebastian and Oakley are growing up, Oakley shooting into adulthood to the shock of his parents, but the surprise quickly wearing off when they realised the benefit of having a third adult in the home when Louisa's latest pregnancy resulted in twin girls, Alicia and Beatrice.

Despite three adults around to care or the three youngsters, them all being plantsims was resulting in hours of night with the children unsupervised. Knowing that this was not a sustainable way of raising a family, and with her job also suffering, Louisa decided it was the best decision for her to revert back to a full human and leave her plant nature behind for now.

At the Buckingham house autumn has been full of friends and family.

Hugo and Hunter spent an afternoon watching the Lumelia vs The City football game, only to be disappointed with a 3-0 loss, putting the pair into a foul mood for the rest of the day.

Otto, being a pleasure sim, has entered the dating game, but hasn't had the best experience so far. Maya, in contrast, has been developing her relationship with girlfriend Romilda.

On the weekend, enjoying the still warm evenings, the quads invited a number of friends over to hang out for the day, giving Hunter and Katerina some well deserved alone time.

Friday Night at the Community Hall is Music Night, and Delphina's favourite day of the week, getting to perform for her friends and neighbours. This week she was joined by Freya on the piano as the two played through some classics from Sim history.

On the way home from the concert, Parker was struck by the desire to see a ghost, risking missing the last boat back home across the river to detour to the cemetary. Luckily for him, Danae Mastrano was feeling restless in her grave, and made quick work of revealing herself.

Enid is looking for love, and it falls from the sky in the shape of a chef (whose name I don't quite right now but I think was Joe)

After he got a quick makeover the two headed out to the bowling alley and had a dream date, with the two hoping to see more of each other in the future

Back at home, Nella, Jocelyn and Sappho sat down for an evening of reading, but Nella had some thoughts on Sappho's book choice it seems.

Poor Eluned in the last trimester of her pregnancy has had to call the emergency services twice in 24 hours, after a fire and a burglary for which Charlie had not installed any alarms.

Reeling from the fact she's having a baby with one of the richest men in the neighbourhood and he hadn't thought to protect his assets at all, Eluned went into labour on the front porch, giving birth to a little girl she called Ásta, after her late mother. Eluned's brother and sister Ariel and Nella are head over heels with their new niece.

The aliens have been very active this season. Jut a few days from elderhood and Antonia Chappel is preparing to welcome another new alien child to the neighbourhood.

More birthdays in the Griffith household this round, with Nura aging to a child and Thetis and Ariadne becoming adults.

After years of hard work Jewel has finally achieved her life's dream of becoming a Hall of Famer. To celebrate, she threw a party with her family and closest friends, with everyone taking a turn to toast her achievements.

Ariadne has been working hard with Zelda and Gaea at their car businesses, with the Car Dealership now a rank 5 business.

But as Autumn reached it's end. Thetis and Ariadne make plans to leave their home and begin their adult lives.

Thetis hopes to move in with boyfriend Axel, and Ariadne has been invited to live with friends on the same street, so the sisters will not be far from one another.

Nura was sad to wave goodbye to her aunts whom she had grown so close to, but was happy in the knowledge they'd only be a short walk away.

Griffith - Autumn - Year Five

Girls days in. Hera and Gaea enjoyed a nice sister's lunch and a soak in the new hot tub, having a good catch up on their lives after what seems like months without seeing one another.

Nebula also spent time lounging in the hot tub with her new friend Heidi, who grew up in the mountains of Arcta Valley. The two hit it off straight away and have become close friends during Nebula's last week of school.

Jupiter has been trying harder to get decent grades, but is easily distracted by friends wanting to hit the town late at night. Hera is oblivious to Jupiter's antics, too engrossed in her violin practice to notice him sneaking back home late at night. Oblivious too is she to Victor's antics at the medical clinic after dark.

The time then came for the twins to grow into adults. Nebula is no set to take on working at the florist full time whilst Jupiter is hoping to make it in the Athletics career.

Meanwhile, back at the Mastrano headquarters Nereid has been learning robot crafting under her father's guidance. With Nereid, Pyrrhus and VCR-XX-A12 all involved in stocking the store, Pyrrhus and Juniper's Robotics store is now Rank 9.

Meanwhile, after a really bad day at the office, a meltdown at a power plant meant SimCity lost their faith in their Captain Hero. In her heart of hearts, Gwynedd knew she should have packed up the superhero business a while ago, so when her team suggested she hang up the cape she decided it was time. Not quite ready to settle into retirement just yet, she's taken a job as a security guard to keep her toes in the game, with fewer lives at stake.

Hermes and Cleo are the first sims to make the most of everything recently discovered Arcta Valley has to offer. They sadly didn't get a chance to see any snow, which is the main draw to the area from Lumelia's warmer climate, but Hermes has no doubt they'll be back again before too long.

(Arcta Valley is Jawusa's downloadable Winter Wonderland and I am obsessed!) Ever since I unlocked my next city connection I tried to convince myself I had the time and patience to make my own vacation neighbourhood and it stopped me from even opening the game for a few weeks so I admitted defeat and downloaded one

Andromeda Polonian, after years of working, moving up and down the career ladder, in a saga spanning from day one of Lumelia, has finally become Mayor and topped the politics career.

She of course immediately ran to her late wife Magni to share the great news, and spend a little time catching her up on the family:

Hey Magni, can you believe it, our grandchildren are getting married, wasn't it only yesterday they were born. Ares' highschool sweetheart Autumn popped the question, you can't say they were rushing in to it despite being so young, they've been together for so long already.

They had the most beautiful wedding, right in our garden under the willow, I wish you had been there to see it, I hope you were in some way.

The whole family were there. Ram, Antonia and the triplets, they'll no doubt be marrying too before long, Samson and Pandora have moved in with their significant others recently.

Saga, Percival and Holiday too, that little girl is growing up so fast you wouldn't believe it. Aphasion is being as non-commital as ever, but he's a good kid.

And Valkyrie, she's doing well, she just moved in to a beautiful little house not far away, I hope we see more of her than we have recently, but she's been so busy with her work.

And you just know how excited Asher and Calliope are to see their son so happy. They love Autumn like a daughter already. And young Stephen, he's got a job working as a cashier and has already been promoted twice, he'll go far that boy, believe me.

We miss you so dearly Magni, I feel my time is coming soon, but until then, I'll keep on keeping our family safe for you.

In the City, Agatha has been working hard to improve her baking skills. Not content to be a postwoman for much longer, she has been looking at real estate and has taken the step to purchase a retail unit for her own café.

Athena meanwhile has been finding leaving her old life behind much harder than anticipated, and one evening she runs into Victor whilst out for her daily run. One thing leads to another and, soon after, Athena starts to feel nauseous over her breakfasts. Sure that it would not be down to Agatha's cooking, Athena can only think it is one thing, and curses herself for apparently being the most accidentally fertile sim that ever lived.

As summer ends, Agatha is ready to open her new City Café - SnuffleCreams

Hi all,

Sorry for going MIA for a few months, I've been finishing up my Postgraduate Diploma (woo!) and had a bit of a burn out on Sims 2 (as happens every year or so)

But I've had the desire to load up my game again today, and I'm excited to get back to Lumelia - I hope to see you there ^_^
