Hi! I hope this doesn't come off as weird or anything, and I'm really sorry if it does, but I just wanted to let you know how much I adore your Feyd-Rautha fics. Your portrayal of him is so good, and your plots are always really entertaining, they fuel my own little daydream world to no end.

What's your favourite and least favourite trope or theme to read? I hate cheating because it makes me sad but I love the 'hates everyone but me' trope!

FAVE:

-enemies to lovers, bonus points if there’s a level of sass involved

-childhood friends to lovers, or who lost contact for years and find each other again. It’s just so sweet 🥲

-hates everyone but YOU/is a big brute but so gentle with their love

LEAST FAVE AND POSSIBLY HATE:

-“She is so small, she is so girl, she is just a small tiny helpless girl!” Which I feel is more of a thing around the Booktok YA romance sphere but I cannot stand it. I would rather have someone with the worst main character syndrome and least believable character arc imaginable than that lol

-misunderstandings, when done wrong. It has always bothered me when there’s a completely unrealistic level of misunderstanding between characters, and I just shake my fist at them

yoooo omg i just saw you mentioned (in like March lmao) on a post that you have a split tongue??? that's so kinda cool! how long does the healing process take for something like that, and didn't it hurt like a bitch?

Yes I do! It was rough lol

Honestly healing anything around the mouth is a lot faster than other areas. I think it’s considered fully healed after 6 months due to scar tissue and stuff but functionally you’re good after a couple weeks. It was really dramatic, but quick compared to other procedures! I had stitches for a week and during that time couldn’t eat solids, could barely drink because my tongue was so swollen, and was super gross and uncomfortable. I tried to just sleep for most of it. When the stitches were out though the swelling immediately went down and I was able to eat noodles within a few hours.

It hurt a lot 🫡 and also I think Feyd rautha would benefit from a split tongue 🫡🫡

No because people clowning on feyd kissing baron Vladimir again but it was 100% an act of dominance from feyd! To me it was him showing the baron he's in charge of his actions! No longer controllable! - 💋

And it was improvised by Austin Butler 👀

I saw a great deep dive into that scene and the subtext and implications surrounding it on tiktok and I wish I could find it again to link 😭 I think Austin butler/DV/the whole production team really understood Feyd (and all the characters) and their complexities. Dune is so much about subtext and thinking and inferring and also mountains and mountains of lore that all just explain the smallest detail and that’s why it’s so fun to dig into, and I think the kiss is one of those things tbh

Ok so I actually wasn’t planning on it! (Rip imma do everyone but him)

I might if inspiration strikes or something, but my thing with Marko x creature reader is I would want to do him with something avian, but there’s literally already this amazing collection of fics for Marko x Harpy reader by @luminnara !!!! Actually some of my favorite Lost Boys fics of all time, 10/10.

I feel like I have nothing to add to what’s already been written for Marko x creature reader because I think lumi did such a perfect job, and it’s hard for me to see Marko with any other creature!!! I would definitely encourage you to go and read her fics for Marko x creature

I’ll try to write more stuff for Marko, I have a paul x reader x Marko thing in my drafts (I know I don’t write for him much, sorryyyy) but more for him soon

So. After the ao3 strike.

I was encouraged to write more comments and make my love known to fanfic writers.

I dont really like commenting. Because im a bit shy and soooo lazy.

Now though. I am writing more comments. And dude. This is so heartwarming. Ya'll need to treat writers better. They are doing the lord's work.

Take for an example, couple of days prior, i was searching for something interesting to read, and found an oneshot quite compelling.

I read it. At the end of it, i was blown away by how good it was. It promised me something and it went beyond my expectations. But then i saw a crime, zero fucking comments!

At that moment, i wasn't feeling up to writing a comment. Because, normally i like to write huge paragraphs. But because im lazy i decided to be brief.

Next day, the author answered that the comment lift their mood for the whole day.

That warmed my heart.

Duuuuuuuude! Write comments! Suport the writers of the fics you like! No need to be something super elaborate. Just give your thoughts. Freak out. Ramble. Ask something. Make theories. Compliment. Make a joke about how you wished to give kudos every chapter but ao3 sucks(not true bby) and won't let you.

Truly. Just. Comment. It can make someone's day. And that is part of the apeal of writing fics. Interacting with people.

Just give love to fanfic writers yall. They deserve this and so much more.

Well…. I saw Dune just now and I’m literally dead… not only am I back in that Victorian twinks clutches (that part at the end when he made the emperor kiss his ring will be plaguing my mind for the foreseeable future) I did NOT expect to find Feyd hot but alas he licked that knife and I felt it in my coochie… what can I say? I’m a weak woman. In conclusion: I’m a whore.

Hi there thought I'd leave a feyd x reader, where he tries to gain her favor/ token during a tournament and to his surprise she leaves a hand print in paint over his heart as her token so all can see she has claimed HIM. This gives him a giddy rush cause now he is a winner in battle, power, and soon to be marriage.
