This so reminds me of my aristocats Marie backpack.

God knows where it is, last time I saw it was probably early 2020s or late 2010s where I found a random dinosaur toy inside. Probably somewhere on my balcony. I need to find it.

My only early memory of that backpack is me packing to go home from visiting my father.

This really reminds me of a house my father had.

The wood was lighter though

One night my father caught fireflies in a big jar. It was so surreal staying up till it was dark and seeing the light. No other lights were on, just the fireflies. We didn't say much that night.

I had also picked mallow (?) flowers near that house, they had a similar smell to my father's shoe polish.

I'm not sure if this was the same house where he had a radio that played at low volume while I was slipping into dreamland.

Oh to be a pre transgender little girl who looked through the world with rose coloured glasses and had a semi present father.
