The 9-1-1 writers never finish plots. Like they make something traumatic and/or serious happen and then never address it afterwards, like that is not good writing. They never addressed Buck’s SA by that therapist (even if you don’t agree that that is what it was you can’t deny that in legal terms is was SA), they never addressed that Bobby almost k!lled himself while high on LSD and technically relapsed because of the drug, they never addressed the sperm donor thing after, and I can already see it happening again with Buck and Eddie briefly living together (I could literally go on and on). Don’t even get me started on Buck and Eddie’s parents. They write them in a way that makes the viewers get angry for the characters and then they turn around and give them a redemption arc a few episodes later without even an apology. Gerard too.

If Buck is moved out of Eddie’s house by season 9 episode 1 and they don’t even talk about it that’s the last straw for me, I’m not watching anymore

It makes no sense that Chris wasn’t at the funeral. There’s no way Eddie would keep another secret from him and as far as we know Chris is back to living with him so how could Eddie keep it from him anyway. And I really doubt Eddie would rather send Chris back to live with his grandparents when he just asked to move out of there than just bring him with to the funeral. Like that’s his grandpa that died, he should’ve been there. This whole episode was just so ooc.

In all seriousness, what else are they gonna do when Eddie and Chris eventually come back to LA and Buck is living in their house other than ask Buck to stay? Cause there’s no way Buck would let Eddie and Chris move somewhere else in LA when he has their house right there, and it makes no sense for Eddie to let Buck move out of there after he moved in to help Eddie. Nothing makes sense besides them all living together and I’d like to think that even they wouldn’t be stupid enough to still not see what’s going on between them if they’re sharing a bed (cause I can’t see Eddie letting Buck sleep on the couch or the other way around).
