And I am thinking Scroop likes Silver. But ONLY they Silver, who is brutal and kills everyone for his goal. So he tries to push him towards that side. That’s why Silver doesn’t like him in exchange, because Silver hates that part of himself. 

Scroop is that party-member who is alwasy -5 reputation to pacifist choises, but +25 for every kill.

I can totaly see their relationship being like that XD
