Okay so

I keep this account pretty strictly Doctor Who related, and the same for my ao3

I’m hesitant to post anything outside my norm on ao3 even under a pseudonym bc I don’t want to scare off my subscribers

I do want to branch out to other material though

should I create a separate ao3 account for that or just put it under a different pseud? would you unsubscribe if an author greatly deviated from their norm?

it is pretty funny how 13 relates to her companions. she hears about ryan's dad one time and is immediately like 'well unfortunately for you ryan I'M your emotionally distant father now' but then she sees yaz and is like '👀👀 pretty girl 😍😍 I famously can't save the universe without eye candy 🥰🥰' and they're. the same age. ryan and yaz were in the same class growing up they're both 19. meanwhile 13 feels a widowed old man kinship with graham but she seems to not understand that she's in a physically younger body than him and thinks he's not Old Manning properly whenever he asks to take a break lmfao

So you know how we’re all reading the EDAs on that crappy pdf torrent / archive that’s been going around for over a decade (that’s when I first got mine)?

I, simply, cannot read poorly formatted books. I absolutely cannot.

So I’ve been creating new ePubs of the books for use in eReaders. I’m having a blast doing it.

If anyone wants them, or really any of the out of print DW books from that torrent, let me know, and I’ll put that book at the front of my queue. I’d love to help the fandom out with my ADHD super power to enjoy tedious monotony, as long as it relates to my hyperfocus.

OKAY so it’s been a while since I watched the show but they’ve both chameleon arched themselves. I haven’t worked out a reason for why they’re both situated at their respective positions, but they both find each other again after becoming humans to work towards the common goal of either: infiltrating in a way that they could not have otherwise, or perhaps it’s a family of blood situation where they have to be in hiding from another force that would seek them out as Time Lords. in this AU, the doctor does actually have a daughter, but the father is the Master. The man in the show that’s her father is actually the Doctor’s companion, who has full understanding of the situation and is there to keep the chameleon arched Doctor and her daughter safe. Once they all achieve their goal, which involves hacking into the bank and addressing the sci-fi component of their transformation, they’re given the choice of regaining their memories or eloping to Spain. Maybe they do both. I’m not sure yet. If anyone else has ideas to share that would be cool :)

in general I don’t have a strong preference for Yaz being bi or a lesbian but in reference to the doctor-master AU she absolutely only likes girls. for the express purpose of I think that is funnier.

I think the only way I’d like to have clara come back (if she did) would be to have one of her echoes meet the doctor when they’ve just lost a companion. solving a mystery with clara again even though it’s not really her and she doesn’t really know them reminds them that grief isn’t all loss. it’s also love. memories that are kind to you despite the loss you felt
