Kellan smiled down at his girlfriend as she smacked him. “Ouch, tiger!” he teased as he pulled out a chair for her. “I can keep my secrets where I want to.” he winked walking over to his side. He sat across from her and admired her and how her hair blew in the wind, just smiling at her. “I love you.” he reminded her.

Kellan watched her look around at everything, waiting for her to notice their dinner. He chuckled at her a little. “No baby, sorry. See those two love birds…” he said pointing to two squirrels chasing each other. “That’s my man, Ben. He asked for help making his girl swoon.” he teased, kissing her forehead. “It’s for you.”

Sophia couldn’t help but smile as Kellan greeted her. “ Awe, thank you baby.” She said as she took his hand. “I can’t believe you did all this. It’s beautiful Kellan.” She looked around and took in all the beautiful candles, and that’s when she noticed the romantic dinner for two all set up. She turned to look at him. “Is that… Is that for us?”

Kellan smiled seeing her get out of the car and seeing the dress on her that she made look so gorgeous. He met her halfway, walking up to her and putting his arms around her. “Hi gorgeous. Happy birthday.” he smiled, kissing her. He waved to his driver who drove off and would be back later. He took her hand, handing her the flowers.

It had been a pretty great day so far, but Sophia couldn’t wait to see Kellan. His cryptic texts with instructions for her gave her butterflies in anticipation of what he had planned. When the car pulled up at the beach and Sophia got out, she saw Kellan standing there. It was breathtaking. She smiled from ear to ear as she made her way down the candlelit pathway. “Hi Handsome!” She beamed.

Kellan waited for Sophia on the beach, roses in hand, wearing his suit. He shook his legs as he looked back at the beautiful dinner he had set up just for them on a private part of the beach. He saw the car pull up as he cleared his throat, waiting for his girlfriend to get out. There was a candle lit pathway leading her to him in the sand.
