SINNERS REVIEW PART FIVE: DELTA SLIM, SAMMY AND GRIEF

I love how she talks about how media depicts Black grief 😔 and how both Delta Slim and Sammie deal with it and the fact that as an audience, we know everyone dies 😔 and no one mourned them they're ashes 💔 and through out the movie how during Sammie musical number and the roof is on fire symbolism of how Black people still look towards creating the world around us still perseverance still dancing singing and celebrating and not letting go of that guitar like Sammie keep moving forward not everyone can get there with you 😢 you got to heal from that grief those generational traumatic experiences or Delta Slim you're going have to make a decision whether it's to hum away the pain .
